“I ordered delivery to not have to go out in the cold, and deal with crowds. He delivered the bags at my door , took a photo and left . I picked up the bags ,went thru them , and 6 of my items were missing. So I had to get out in the bad weather to get my important stuff anyway. Then when I tried to call Walmart about this, the only thing they let me talk to was an AI fake computer person. Time to shop at Target..”

“I order my groceries or whatever else I need from Walmart, Union, SC. I appreciate the way my groceries are separated into like items in the bags. I appreciate the shopper. I also appreciate having my groceries delivered. The drivers are always kind and courteous. It is really worth the money for the Walmart+ to have your groceries shopped and delivered. Think of the time you save, gas you save, not having to load and unload into your car but having them right on your front porch!”

“"who knew" I was going to lose my money when I ordered a third party product on walmart.com? I ordered and paid for 48 batteries on walmart.com from Allied Parkway. AP sent me one battery. I did a return and took it to thye local walmart store to return it. Walmart would not accept the the return without the other 47 batteries since the system said 48 ct. Walmart told me to contact the seller. I contacted the seller through walmart.com and filled a complaint with Walmart online. I am still awaiting a response. My advise is before you order from a third party through walmart.com to research the supplier. Walmart may not stand behind the sale!”

“I ordered groceries at the Long Beach Center Wallmart in California. Upon reviewing my delivered items all cleaning products missing. The Delivery driver had an additional brown bag in her car and I could visually see liquid bleach sticking above rim of bag. She could not speak English and telephoned a man via her cell phone. She handed me her phone and I explained the situation. That all my cleaning products missing and paper towels ($30.00 + dollars) I then made him aware I would not except delivery. She loaded items into her vehicle. A few minutes later she was placing them on my front porch. I approached her and said no take them back. I then picked up bags and she pushed me (assaulted me). I was in complete shock/disbelief that anyone would behave in such a manner. I yelled don’t touch me. She pushed me again. My husband came to the door hearing my yell. He then told her to leave in Spanish. We carried bags to her car and she threw them inside. We took a photo of her vehicle and I called the Police. I then attempted to call Wallmart multiple times over an 4 hour period. No answer. Upon waking up the next morning, Wallmart had suspended my account. Will be visiting the store today to give them Police incident report and hopeful the individual will be terminated ASAP. As for my account being suspended, they did me a favor.”

“I went shopping at the Walmart in Andover, MN today. I was told I could not buy cold medicine because my daughter didn’t have ID? I understand requiring my ID but everyone I’m with? Your staff told me this was a federal law, which it is not, this is just one more Walmart policy to treat customers like criminals. Goodbye”

“We needed spray paint for a project, there was no one at the counter to open the spray paint case. So we pressed help button, multiple times. This was on a Monday around 5:30 pm. We didn't get a response, even after 15 of waiting, no help. After that it was easier to go to a diffrent walmart where spray paint isn't locked up.”

“Never trust Walmart online!Naomi Home 3-Pcs Modern Faux Leather… Naomi Home 3-Pcs Modern Faux Leather Chesterfield Living Room Furniture Set, Gray. YOU CAN CLEARY SEE THAT IT SAYS 3PCS LIVING ROOM SET however they sent two pcs living room set. I've called walmart over 68 times in the 7 months and during the past 7 months they told me I should be receiving the refund within 5 to 10 business days never received anything.”

“Purchased Great Value Automatic Toilet Bowl Cleaner Tablets with Bleaching Action, 2-pk & it was horrible. I only purchased it because the name-brand products were 3-4 times the price. You get what you pay for!! The Tabs turn into a slimy pile of white sludge that gets trapped under the flapper, float around in the tank, & even rest in the bowl. We had to clean out the whole tank to get rid of the inferior product. Do not buy!”

“My wife and I went to walmart in Ontario Ohio at 7:15 am. We shopped for our groceries until 8:30 am. We went to the registers to pay for our groceries. There were no cashiers light on but two employees standing at one of the registers. My wife asked if there were any registers open. One of the employs said not at this time. We stood there a few minutes while the employees were talking, so I asked how long before a register opened. I was told there would be no cashiers on duty until 9:00 am. So, here we are with a shopping cart full of food, including ice cream and several other frozen items. I told the employee, I would do my shopping at the local Meijer store up the street. Their response was, are you going to leave that cart? I'm not sure what response they expected, maybe, no I'm going to stand here for a half hour while my stuff melted? I had a cart full with no one to check me out so I said, yes that is correct.. She said OK. First thing I noticed at Meijer was that they had cashiers. I re-shopped my items and spent $175.00. I see no reason to return to Walmart. Pretty sure I will be moving my prescriptions out of there too.”

“Walmart is convenient since it has almost everything in one place, and the prices are usually fair. But the shopping experience can be hit or miss. Sometimes the shelves aren't stocked well, and the checkout lines can take longer than expected. Online orders work fine most at the time, but I've had delays and mix-ups and before. Overall, it's decent for everyday shopping”

“Huge selection and competitive prices which I do like about it. However, I find the customer experience is a hit or miss. There has been at least one time I was disrespected by the staff and last month I had an inquiry but was brushed aside. Both were in-store. But the majority of my experience were mostly uneventful, but those 2 negative events really stuck with me.”
