For both pick up & delivery, AND online orders, Walmart is at the bottom for quality, accuracy, and customer service. I get laundry detergent that's leaking (twice now), incorrect quantities, random and completely unrelated substitutions (Vitamin b12 for d3), and green thread instead of black (for example). Pick up orders default to whatever store has your items available, so be careful with that! And don't even get my started on how my local Walmart has handled Covid. I'll be shopping at Target and Amazon from now on. For what little I save (if I save at all), it's not worth the constant hassle.

ACER 15.6" HD Comfy View LCD Chromebook. This is my 3rd Chrome, before had a Lenovo, 2 Samsungs (one for the wife) and we were way happy. Unfortunately Chromes have risen in price as their popularity is up because of schools being down. Now I needed a larger screen and chose 15.6", searched and searched and Walmart had the best price on this ACER. Even checked my membership on another famous prime listing. Love it so far...only note my eyes were getting less effective needing a bigger screen but in comparison of the Samsung the keyboard lettering is much more standing out at night in bed than the ACER. I guess I'll ask Santa for a liitle light on the monitor to shine down on the keyboard since there's no way to light up the keyboard. This also came with a free soft protective case which really protects it. Way nice! Walmart offered a nice store pick-up and brought it out to my car, 2 days after I ordered it.

They try to compete with amazon by posting free 2 day shipping but you won’t get 2 day shipping mine came 5 days later

I ordered a car tier online from Walmart #2941. and tire delivered in local store windward parkway on 11th November but today 16th November local store does not have any information where my tier is. I called customer service and went to the local store several times no one had clue where my tier is though FedEx showing is delivered on 11 November. It's so frustrating and wasting my time. I would never suggest anyone buy tier from Walmart online.

Keeps canceling items once ordered. If they don’t have it then don’t say you have it. Unnecessary delayed caused by Walmart on multiple occasions. Fed up with this.

I am very discouraged with the way walmart has no concern for customers that get hacked because of lack of security on there online systems.

Theu won't ship my order it's been 6 days,web site says 1-2 day delivery,am going to cancel and go elsewhere

So i ordered this tv and got a confirmation email and a delivery date of 11/18. Then on 11/14 i got an email saying it would be delivered early on that same day!.Well, late in the day i got another email saying Walmart has cancelled the order and issued a refund.With no explanation why. Good job Walmart.This is why i tell people to buy at Amazon.....

I asked a simple question: "I'm trying to update my new phone number on your site and it says that it has to text me a Code to verify my request. You Can't Send A Text To My Home Phone Number. Why can't you just email me with the code"? As I type, I have received 9 email responses from Walmart. NONE, by the way, that even address my question!!! I just keep asking the same question and they just send answers to questions that I haven't asked !!! This company is a joke.

I ordered online on 11/13 and when I when to pick up my order, after receiving the text that it was ready, the employees had no record of my order even though the money was taken out of my bank account. I was informed that I will not get my money back for 3-5 business days. When I talked on the phone with customer service (for about an hour), they placed the same order for the following day. When going to pick up my order on 11/14, the same thing happened. So, I not only was not able to get groceries, I am now being forced to wait 3-5 business days for double the amount of money. I am now unable to feed myself or my 2 kids for another week because my only money is being held for groceries I never received. Since no one on the phone was able to help me, I was forced to go into the store and put myself at risk (even though I am high risk for COVID-19 complications and should not be out in public). I spoke to a manager there to try to find a way to feed my family for a week since Walmart wasn’t able to fill my order and is holding my money. The only thing they were “able to do”, after another long conversation on customer service and a heated argument with the store manager, was to provide me with a $25 gift card (which will not feed my family of three for more than 3 meals). I am a frequent customer for online ordering and expected to be treated with more understanding and respect. I have worked in customer service for nearly 10 years and I have never seen/received such poor service, management, and helplessness, especially from such a large corporation. I am extremely disappointed in Walmart and am now more stressed than ever. I am most likely to never use Walmart to shop at ever again. If I could give Walmart 0 stars, I would.

Walmart basically has good products and prices and I have no problem with the company. However, employees that work there will almost run over you with pallet jacks, filling call-in orders and employees have no problem cutting in front of you and you have to stop quickly to avoid hitting them with a shopping cart. Even when they are just walking they will almost run over you. The shopping carts at 355 Cypress Gardens Road in Winter Haven, Florida won't roll straight and are hard to push. Many of the front wheels wobble when you push them and make clattering noise. Employees restocking the store block aisles up st bad that it is difficult to push a cart by the congestion. Many won't even move to let customers pass by them. The employees allow children and people that don't need the electric carts to play or use them. Many people ride them into the parking lot and leave then outside when other people that need them can't find one. Those people that don't need them would run over you if you don't get out of their way, especially the children. Publix has an employee follow them to their vehicle and return the electric carts to the store making sure it is plugged in to insure it is usable. Publix's employees are courteous and helpful to customers. Often times Walmart employees are talking to each other and pays no attention to a customer patiently waiting to ask a question.

Order a on sale efuy robot sweeper for store pick up. Notified sweeper available for pick up before 8PM. 4 to 5hrs later notified cancelation of order out of stock. Dont know when more will be in stock 3 days later there now showing on there app as in stock and now there on sale at $50 more then when I placed my 1st order.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. I have NEVER had an easy or positive experience with Walmart.com! Every time I deal with their nonsense and horrible customer service, I tell myself I will never again shop with Walmart. And every time I break down because they supposedly have something I’m looking for I regret it. This past incident sealed the deal. I’m done. I ordered a bike for my daughter for her birthday (her party was canceled twice due to COVID), the bike shipment was delayed. Okay, not the end of the world, finally it’s arriving, my daughter tracks the FedEx driver from her window jumping up and down so excited.. we open it up and instead of the 24” bike we ordered (that was in stock when ordered) we received a 29” bike for 6’ and taller. Huge bummer. Customer service was a huge headache. I was on the phone for over 40 minutes. I could barely understand the lady. Apparently they sold out of the bike we ordered so they put a different one that was the same price but not comparable at all. They want me to now drive to return it. The only option is a refund that will come next week sometime. Cool. Now I have to re shop for a bike, obviously from a different store, and wait another 2 weeks for delivery. And I’m out the $160 for a week it so, plus the $140 to buy a new bike from Amazon. I will NEVER deal with Walmart again! When I was there last year I specifically went to a certain store because they site said it was in stock. I spoke to 7 employees trying to find the item, no one could help. They told me that their “In Stock” does not actually mean it is in stock... what?! I explained Target can tell me how many are in stock and where they are located in each store and I’ve never had an issue, the Customer Service employee respond with “oh yeah, I love target!” I’m out. Save yourselves all the hassle and NEVER deal with this. Not worth it!

The online service allows hackers to spam bots to buy up all available stock. I wouldn’t trust their online service with my payment info if they let hackers run rampant with zero measures to stop them or their programs in their system.

tryed to order gift for my son. was on checkout and whole website glitched out. tried again after another 2 hour waiting period. same result. tryed again after another 2 hours and again same result. walmart online is a joke. a joke a joke.

Try to order for Black Friday soon it went on sale it was out of stock. Best Buy is the best place to buy they don't run out of stocks when it's on sale. They give you a chance to buy it. Walmart always been the worst retail store

tried to order a black Friday tv deal at the exact time that it went on sale and was told it was out of stock ! they do this in hopes that you will buy something more expensive very shady !
