Although I'm an avid fan of shopping at Walmart- my son has been trying to get his W-2 for an entire month because he moved and all he and I both get are excuses- so I'm not real happy with that. Half of my family has either worked for Walmart or retired from Walmart.

I just have to say y'all need to de-ice your parking lot I slipped and fell and broke my arm in the parking lot. I stood up after it happened and went inside and told the manager who could care less. Even though I was in a lot of pain I needed to get a few things I asked a few people for help employees mind you and no one would help me. I will never shop at corporate America again. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from Walmart because of what happened and all their horrible employees that work there it's like the troop of Biden.

I ordered from Walmart.com the seller is exhome i bought snowshoes proof is included I was told on February 1st I would 100% forsure get them February 6th proof is posted, i try to contact Walmart and get told I am a liar and he will make sure I never get my property I paid for, or my money back even with all of the proof. I was forced to file criminal charges state and federal for theft by deception as well as wire fraud, make a report with the BBB,FTC,FCC, FEDEX, and Concemer Protection because of the very clear violation of the consumer protection act. I am also forced to write reviews every where I can in hopes Walmart will not do this to others. " ALSO NO I NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK FROM WALMART OR THE SELLER .

I have a tent that I called about the stitching came apart at the top and the tent collapsed on me. They told me the poles have a warranty but not the fabric. Below is the photos of the conversation. What a joke walmart you guys are horrible. Don't but from them period.

They know they're experiencing problems with their chosen delivery service, DoorDash, yet continue to use them. My grocery delivery for today was STOLEN by one of their drivers--a Ronald--who actually took a picture of the inside of his car to show where he delivered my groceries. AND customer care said they cannot guarantee it will not happen again. With a serious reduction in availability, Walmart needs to do better!

worst customer service and worst online service in the whole world. On multiple occasions I have ordered from Walmart online and I have never received the item and I had to follow up multiple times for a refund and there are times I did not get the refund or the product. Never in my life will I dare to use Walmart online services

Checked out today at Utica NY WALMART. Seen that overcharged me from what sign posted on a 30 pack of beer. Was charged $1.70 more than display posted. Went right to customer service and was told wasn’t their problem, it’s a vendor problem. Had to fight and argue to get a refund. Got purchase price plus tax, but not the $1.50 can deposit back. They told me that it’s a problem that happens a lot. Get new vendors or fix the problem. This is B.S.

I am in a wheelchair! I am incontinent! Upon arriving at my favorite (sic, sic) Wal-Mart in appleton, WI, and needing to do business at the service desk I was greeted (sic) by an employee who had treated me poorly in the past. I asked that I might be helped by another employee, and she refused. I was cordial and quiet until she continually refused to find other help! She called the manager instead who also refused to get another employee to help. He too got belligerent and stubborn, refusing me help also. They instead asked me to leave. Even though the manager might have slide on behind the desk and helped himself!! So, the manager demanded I leave. When I said no, because I arrived in a medically equipped van in my wheelchair and had to wait the required hour and one half before pick-up. He called police instead! He insisted they escort me outside. They did! I sat in 12-degree weather with a dangerous windchill of -3 degrees! My uncovered head froze. I had no gloves. My fingers were numbed! My face was numbed! There was ice accumulated on my nose and mustache! I was in uncontrolled shakes when my medical van finally arrived! I barely made my bathroom to pee and keep from wetting my pants! It took considerable time to recover from all! Having frequented Wal-Mart all my life I was very upset to receive this incredibly bad care! The store is located on Mutual Way in Appleton Wisconsin and the incident happened on January 11th, 2022, at about 10:30 am. I should hope such uncaring employees could be eliminated! Especially with so many people willing and looking to work! Please fire these employees before they put someone out who freezes to death! One very important point I need to add about my ordeal with a bad Wal-Mart employee and her even worst uncaring manager is this. I was put out in the very cold while they were quite aware I had a heart condition. Originally fourth stage heart failure and ungraded only slightly since that diagnosis!

Bought Goodyear tires through Walmart online. Was sent tires that were manufactured 4 years prior to installing on the car. Tires went bad after 12,000 miles (rated for 60,000 miles). Walmart says they have a 90 day return policy. How does that apply to tires. Customer service is horrible, can't understand person on the phone. Was told that if tires were bought at Walmart Tire Center with tire hazard they offer there they would have prorated with new tires. These tires were not available through the Walmart store. Very displeased with how this was handled but I guess Walmart doesn't really care as shown by their reaction to this matter. Will go elsewhere for our tires.

Hello my name is ramzi attouleh account number bussniss name luxury choice, Walmart terminated my accounting saying I violated Walmart.con policy without giving me any reason or explanation, I been trying to get hold of Coustomer service over 3 months I have no luck they took off the option from my account to be able to contact Coustomer service , they froze my account, my account had $130,000,000 thousand in it , they start refunding Coustomer right and left without giving me the option to appeal for chargeback , any Coustomer was emailing our company for any question Walmart was automatically refunding them the full order , the minuma order we had around $500+ after long 4 months of Walmart refunding Coustomer right and left even though the Coustomer had the item and it was delivered to them , they still went against any company policy and give there Coustomer free product and free money from our pocket , now our account shows we have $68,168.76 fund available, Walmart still haven’t send us any money to our bank account, and we have no option of contacting them , there scamming seller on there website there doing it worse than amzaon.con and trying to get away with it , I need my money to be send yo my bank account immediately, of our next option is to seek legal action small court claim and ask for triple of the amount because Of all the damged Walmart.con has caused us and our business and life style I hope Walmart.con see this and send our money immediately to our bank account before we take legal action

I recently had the worst ever experience with Walmart’s customer service. In fall(10/2021) I bought three bottles of health supplements from Walmart’s online store, and shipped two of them to my family living in another continent. They expressed their concern to me as one bottle was expired(08/2021) and the other one was almost expired(12/2021). I checked the third bottle that was still in my hand, and it was almost expired. I returned that one bottle, but the problem was with the two bottles shipped far away from Canada. Walmart Customer Service demanded to have the two bottles back if I wanted to return. Since the shipping cost was way higher than the refund, my parents decided not to return the bottles. Without informing me, my 71-year-old dad took the almost expired supplement. The next day, he started to fall ill, including the following symptoms: nausea, diarrhea, chill and low fever. He had to go to the Emergency to be treated, which cost my parents almost $200 Canadian dollars. I have contacted Walmart’s Customer Service about their solution regarding the medical incident of my dad for numerous times ever since. On the phone, every time I raised the issue, they’d put me on hold and then the call just automatically ended after waiting for 15 minutes. Through email correspondence, they replied they had refunded the cost, purposely misleading me to believe that they had refunded me the cost for the other two bottles shipped away. After waiting for a month, I finally realized that they meant the first bottle I returned to the store. When I emailed again to ask about the two bottles that caused my dad’s visit to the Emergency and extra medical bill, it was just completely silence and not a word back from Walmart. Stores were also useless, since I bought the three bottles online rather than in the store. I am deeply disappointed with Walmart and particularly their customer service. I just want to warn all customers about expired health supplements Walmart sells and their worst ever customer service. We shall all stop buying from Walmart!

It’s too common. I searched walmart . com Looking for a hoodie, with a zipper. 19 of 19 I looked at, “sorry can not add to cart item currently out of stock” Please try again later!!! Yeah right If they (Walmart) can’t get them…. Remove it/them from the website. Most ppl are not likely to try again later.

Tools have been dwindling down for variety over the years today i went i to but a tape measure and they had the tools locked up in a glass window. Who will come and unlock it and why bother in the first place. Does a 2 dollar theft outweigh a 10 or 50 dollar purchace i wont buy tools from any place where i can not access it freely sometimes you need to handle the item to get a feel for it or look for specific imformation, the employee does not have time to wait for you to make a decisions, so now they are putting more stress on the employee when they could be doing other important things.

Ordered a cellphone that was never shipped although my card was billed. Tried to get a refund but that still hasn't come either. Only took a minute to bill my card. Why is it taking over a week to get a refund. Walmart.com sucks and I'll never buy from them again. Hello Ebay and Amazon!!

After calling two times for help with an item on the highest shelf I waited for help to come after the person that answered the call announced over the intercom two times, still no one came to help, so I go get a stool from one of the shelf’s and climb up myself to the top shelf to get the items that I needed, still nobody ever came to find out anything, so I took my items and went to the checkout counter I did tell the cashier that I had left the stool in the aisle she said she was sorry, but that still didn’t fix the non response problem. Seminole Texas Walmart needs more shift managers that are able to do a better job, seems as if the workers are managing the managers, hope someone really looks at the way employees are “earning” the money, thank you
