Brought a car battery from Walmart 5 days later it was rolled back 11 dollars. Went to get my discount and was told I need to bring the battery in the store. Explained to the manager that the battery was in the car that I drove to the store. Was told I needed to take it out and bring it in the store. Called cooperate and was told the same thing. This is what l call false advertising. Other stores when n item goes on sale you only have to Bring in your receipt, which i had .asked what if it were a 55" T.V. that was mounted on the wall. And was told the same would apply. They don't consider this false advertising,what you think 🤔 will be bringing my money somewhere else. SHAME ON YOU WALMART.

Absolutely terrible!! I ordered a package for $300.00 after Walmart takes my money I get a text 2 days I need to be home for signature. So I go home and nothing shows up. I stay home the next day nothing. I call corporate and they offer me a whopping 5% for the 2 days of inconvenience of staying home. I said if the Waltons are that broke tell them to keep it. I don't want to take food off their table. So the girl says ill give you 30%. A few hours later I get a email with a 20% discount. I call the next day cause I have yet to get the package. I explain i want to talk to a manager. She tells me no Manger is around at the corporate office? I said well ill leave a review stating that..then she said...well there is one here just not beside me...I get put on hold 15 mins. I hang up and call again. I am told by the employee the manger does not want to talk to me. So i call again. Denied again to speak to the manager. Tomorrow I am going to the managers house in Bentonville and will relay the incident as it happened. Ill never order from Walmart again. Terrible customer service! Go Amazon

Careful when you go to your local Wal Mart, they have decided to price gouge at some stores in Nebraska. They’re selling milk at one store, for $1.42....go to a different one and its $3.75. Its the same with a lot of there food items. Taking advantage of a pandemic is just pathetic, when all Americans are hurting right now!!!

Walmart what happened? You promised 2 day shipping and not once did i receive my item, if at all, within that time frame due to your chosen shipping provider. Why do you continue to use the horrible shipping carrier lasership? Look up all the complaints about your chosen shipping carrier, they are horrible! Theft, shipping delays, no delivery, wrong address deliveries, i understand things happen from time to time but this has become the norm when shopping with you online and is very unacceptable. I will not be doing anymore online shopping with you until you offer better shipping options! You should really listen to your customers!

40 % of reviewers recommend Walmart ? REALLY ? Impossible. I hope AMAZON, EBAY AND OTHERS destroy walmart for lying to the public. ---- Walmart.com is a mess. I bough three times and the last one was Tires . Their warranty is a BIG LIE . The costumer services is a joke, if you loose the call or they hung up on you forget about catch the same person. --- I call them to cancel my two e-mail they had from me cause I will never buy there again.

They have lean cusine and walmart brands that promote more healthy food items, it does not only to the current trend of health and fitness but also in line with the passing of the healthreform bill in customers who are frequent to Walmart needing a constant supply will always have newer needs,they often wish that new product or services could be more quantities has today. Therefore, the introduction of the new product developmentthat focuses on the need of the customers and change in the companys delivery image and services could establish the company as industry leader. The company could rely on the esisting customers to provide input to determine the effective way to enhance loyalty and to attract newcustomers and ultimately offer quick turnaround of product delivery without lengthly wait times. Fortunately the stock has been found, I have to look around for where the stock has been placed. It is there so far.

After seeing all the commercials about the fabulous meat/steaks,..... Just spit out my last attempt to chew a $20 ribeye steak. Oh my!!! Terrible!! If this is what we get, Please put the "slow cooker" sticker on it!!!!!

I went into the Wal-Mart on Pinewood Rd in Sumter S.C, my cash got stuck in the machine in the self check out, Louise came over and addresses me ( Are you an Idiot, did you Not see the sign) and I looked at her and say (Old lady I respect old people but you're not gonna talk to me like this) another worker walked and a customer looked on as Louise walked to the side cursing ( SOB). The customer comes up to me and says that was rude she actually called you a SOB. I was very Furious and got my money and left. This situation could've gone very wrong/worse. Louise did not consider the fact that maybe I couldn't read, (and yes very well), she was heartless with no compassion for me as a customer and she definitely does not Value what Walmart's Missions or Goals are. I do Not want Louise to do this to Anyone, and this very complaint may make her actually want to re-evaluate herself, because she may do this to a violent person with nothing to loose and she could get hurt because We never realize what type of day people are having. Please do Not 1 Bad apple to Tarnish the company's name.

I ordered an item from Walmart.com in May, it supposed to be delivered in two weeks but it ended at the end of July. I had bought another one from Amazon and wanted to return the item to Walmart. Because the returning window already closed before the item being delivered, Walmart wouldn't allow me to return. Called Walmart but phone line get disconnected for no reason. Customer service are useless. I put a review on the item, guess what the review doesn't get published! I will never order anything frim Walmart.com!

9/20 No employee in jewelry. I was told go to cust serv. I waited in line there, then went back to jewelry and continued to wait to no avail. Returned 9/22 for the exact same experience. I was told some employees hold down multiple locations. Walmart CONTINUES to disappoint. This was at Lake Wales, FL.

Terrible everything. I ordered weights, they kept me waiting almost 2 months and they never arrived. The tracking email just looped me back to their home page. Fed ex says they were never shipped, Walmart claims they were lost in shipping. All hassle, use a better company.

Walmart has caused me numerous ongoing problems when trying to use the Walmart card and trying to purchase from walmart.com although customer service sounds very pleasant they do not do what they say and caused a lot of problems save yourself the problems ,shop somewhere else.

I have in the past loved shopping at the neighborhood market Walmart in Gastonia NC. Some of the stocker were nice and helpful. Plus it is easier and quicker to get in and out of. However recently I went to the deli there to get some sliced turkey and I stood there for a while but the lady working there never acknowledged me. I wasn’t sure if this was because I’m white or what??? If people can’t be nice and courtesy (just like with any job), then I may need to do my grocery shopping at another store that is not a Walmart.

It's very frustrating when this walmart will charged me of too much than the total amount I purchased. From $52.72 (everything was included tax, delivery charges) and when I checked my card they charged me of $75.74. Wow!!!!!they never waited for me to give tip. They were the one who do it!! How disrespect people are nowadays!!!!

I am no longer spending my money at walmart, because company policy states that you support a terror organization and not only support but charge every customer a BLM tax. This will be the demise of Walmart and Sam Walton is turning over in his grave.. SHAME on YOU!!!

I will not shop at your store until you open both doors. I am elderly, have bad hips and legs. Now if I want advil, i have to walk clear across the store to get it! Then back and out to the parking lot. Pay your people for God's sake to open both doors. I think you can afford it!

I was in the self check out on Sept 8 I was in the self check out on Sept 8, 2020 and I asked the assistant why they are no longer sanitizing the till screens and surrounding area and she said it is done every 30 minutes because the harsh chemicals will ruin the equipment. This does nothing for me if the guy before me had Covid. What a joke! Thanks for not doing your part to spread Covid.

Store 5742 The cashier spent more than 15 minutes to verify a lady's discount coupon while completely ignore me and others customers waiting on line. It is ok to help verifying coupon but if it took that long, should have better way . When i talked to the cashers he should let us know will take a while. He said back me: I do not know it takes long. No any nice words, just made me feel awful! The store should manager better to handle this kind of situation! Employees in Canada tires are much warmer than Walmart! Will avoid this store.

I called the first store of the 3 in the Columbia sc area & they closed @ 8:30 and was told most did so check the site and did, the others are open until 10 I drove to both and they were to lazy or just don't give a damn about customer service.I felt it was the latter! If something as simple & left to management wasn't done speaks loudly about "the concern for those stores making money. I don't shop there very often anyway because of there forcing customers to come in contact with as many as possible by shutting all but 2 doors. Its a pick-nic hike from parking!!! That's just to get up to the cattle drive through the doors! Whose stupid idea was that? WE YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW ITS MORE DANGEROUS FOR US BUT REDUCES THE THEFT! One old considerate dude was able to do more than his whole family. Suggestion, go ask about customer and employee retention! Happy employees won't let people steel from you if there's a mutual caring THATS A TWO WAY SYREET! BUNCH OF SPOILED BRATS. You could sale twice as much if you would invest 15% more into your staff. Basic! Get a min.wage job & learn business. Oh i wasn't aware of just how discontent I was.
