“I have never been a fan of Walmart. Not enough staff always have to look for someone. They don't care about customers just how money they make. Now it's self check out what scammers are Walmart. Prices in the long run are not cheaper.”

“I shop at Walmart regularly and so when I got an email saying that I was selected to participate in a survey and would receive a "coupon worth a min. of $90.00" I thought they recognized my business and were making a nice gesture. Nope. Seven (7) items from which to select one (most of which were male enhancement and face cream type items), but wait, I have to pay shipping! Wow, what a deal! I despise deception and fraud.”

“The manager asked an associate to put together a utility cart that I was buying. She told me that normally it would take up to 72 hours, but, she would get someone to take care of it for me. The auto care center assistant manager, Bobby, ended up doing it. He was great.”

“Walmart have scams for Black Friday deals. At 10:00 on the dot I tried to order a TV and it said out of stock. Walmart just lost a sjopper, I will never buy anything from the store again. Very disappointed”

“Walmart scams people,they don't stand behind the products and never has any stock for a lot of the items they carry. Now they want to cut jobs and have people check out on their on. Not gonna happen unless you add me to payroll. That's taking jobs from people and I want contribute to that. Target welcomes the new business.”

“I use two day shipping and it always comes the very next day. Everything is always packaged so nothing can get broken. I have been recommending Walmart delivery to everyone I know. Pretty soon I'm going to try the food delivery. I heart the food is always fresh.”

“Store No.1313 On the South side What a Scam! I went yesterday to buy a led flatscreen tv. Pre- Black Friday deals! I Purchased a ONN LED FLATSCREEN TV FOR $89.00 To What I thought was a Awesome deal ..Till i got it home to set it up! Apparently I had purchased a Merchandise Return... that was put back up on Electronics Dept. Shelf ... What a Scam!!!! The tv. Was totally incomplete Plastic bags where the accessories are in were torn open it was missing a leg stand I am and have always been a true and loyal Wal*Mart Store Customer for the Christmas Holidays... Not no more!!!! Selling Store Returns as A Pre-Black Friday deal... What a Shammmmmm!!!!!!!!!”

“I selected items to pickup at my local Walmart. The pickup time was 11/27/19, so I placed the order, I get the order status sent to my email it says some time in December. I could have went shopping inside the store if I wanted this wait time. If you tell someone it will arrive on a specific day, then it should be honored without excuses. I'm pretty sure these items are in stock at the store. My holiday is ruined.”

“Great place! Great people! Reconsider the diffused fragrance. Chemicals make up fragrance. Bad for people, bad for pets. Inhaling and having chemicals on clothes and products is unacceptable. SEE PUB MED ARTICLES: Indoor Air Quality: Scented products emit a bouquet of VOC's. Fragranced products: Risks for people and profits?”

“Do not let misleading information fool you like it fool me. I used Walmart to Walmart Money Transfer Service to send money to my sister. They said that it can be to any Walmart up to $2500.00. Well that is not the case. Some Walmarts have restrictions on how much money they can delivered. I sent her 1000 dollars and when she got to Walmart by Uber, they did not give her the money as they only can deliver up to $500 dollars. My sister had to walk home empty handed because she had mo more money. If I would know this information, I would had split the transaction in two so she did not have any problem picking the much needed money.”

“I shop at Walmart Store on memorial blvd in Murfreesboro, Tn. I checked on line for product I wanted(christmas toy $89.99). Showed available, went to store, I couldn't find. Went to service desk to ask for help in toy dept. Waited 30 mins no one came to help. This store has to be losing money.”

“I ordered two tires from Wal Mart. The tires did not deliver when they were supposed to deliver. After several delays Wal Mart advised they could not find the shipment. Wal Mart reordered the tries. A day before the scheduled delivery I was advised I could pick up my order. I went to the store but there was only one tire. After several delays Wal Mart admitted they couldn't find the tire. Wal Mart advised they would refund the tire price. Now 3 weeks later all I get is excuses and promises of emails correcting the problem. I think it is time to contact my state attorney general's off ice on customer fraud and time to hire an attorney.”

“Falken Sincera SN250 A/S 185/55R15 82 V Tire Fair warning, stay clear of these tires. They are sold at Walmart through a 3 rd. party that sells used tires. After 2 weeks of going back and forth with Walmart about the status of the tires and when they are going to be delivered, they finally arrived at Walmart. WOW I was shocked when they finally arrived and I went to Walmart to have the tires installed (the tires were used on dirty). I wrote so many emails to Walmart to get a replacement on the tires because they were used. Walmart email responses were they were sorry for the inconvenience and they dropped the ball - yet nothing was done to replace the tires I got. Eventually all my emails fell on deaf ears. Do not buy these tires from Walmart.”

“I used the online ordering at Walmart for store pickup. Needed luggage locks for a trip the following day. Placed order just before noon and expected a quick turn around (like I get from BestBuy online for a store pickup), but the message from Walmart was that my order would be ready by 8pm that night. I waited until 9 pm and still no email that my order was ready. Drove down to the store and found none of the types I order with the luggage items. Went back to hardware dept and found many there and also on the end cap of isle L3. Guess employ could not find them in Luggage Dept and just gave up. “Walmart is a horrible company. They never have anyone educated enough to answer questions. I have to ring up my own items. Then when I leave someone wants to see my receipt. Like shouldn’t they have been worried about theft before they asked the customers to check themselves out. I’m not letting them go thru my bags after they didn’t in any way help me purchase them. Then I see 5 employees in front on my way out with their arms folded like they can’t even spell their own names. I guess they aren’t making as much profit if they actually have to pay people to work. It’s ridiculous and I will find anywhere else to shop. It’s not worth it.”

“Walmart is no longer a respectable place to do business as it was when Sam was alive. I am only assuming that his kids are greedy a d do ot give a darn about respect... That is Called "GreenBack Greed!" I hit WM on my way home, about 12 miles away from home. A few small items, I pay and grab the plastic bag... The Mrs. made dinner and she needed sauce. I arrive after a long day and the sauce is no where to be found... I go to the store some 4 miles past the house and the manager of another culture tells me do to their inventory ways, I have to go back to the other store... after all the time where the original store did not answer the phone (maybe no employees speak English on Sunday's Grave Yard Shift. I call the store near by and am put on hold... after 5 approximately, I take my cell with me of course and after arrival, stand in line, wait for manager, I am still on Hold. The manager, who surprisingly speaks somewhat understandable english... I tell him the circumstances, show him the receipt... He tells me due to seperate inventory records, I must return to the original location... lol after all of these years¿? AS OF THIS DAY, I NO LONGER BUY MOBILE 1, NO LONGER GET MY OIL CHANGED, TIRES OR WHAT HAVE YOU. I ALSO GIVE UP MY RIGHT TO USE SAM'S, FOR FREE THROUGH MY EMPLOYER. """COSTCO""" FOR NO COST. As of tomorrow, I will be an Executive Customer at Costco, where as I will earn kickbacks with the volume of my purchases... THINK ABOUT IT, HAVE YOU NOTICED ANY DEMEANING WAYS THAT THE CORPORATION If Only Sam Knew, he'D do somersaults in his grave@”

“first of all, when I go to my account to check on orders or to return something, it doesn't have a record of my purchases. Secondly, I recently bought a hanging clothes protector and it broke shortly after hanging things in it. It was not over filled with clothes, it's just not make well at all. Disappointed.”
