Returned a dress to the Exeter shop on 3rd January. I have the returns slip but no refund to my bank three weeks later! Not happy.

The refund both times for the items that didn't suit me got "lost" (the fact that you pay £18 for the return which is not communicated explicitly when buying the clothes is minor compared to the price of the clothes themselves - but yes, could be improved too).
