Terrible, Truly terrible. Customer services will leave you feeling bruised and like you just had a run in with the school bully! Ordered £230 of stuff. Given delivery date. Didn't arrive. Waited 5 days in case it had been held up and then contacted Wiggle (as nobody, including Hermes contacted me in any way). They stated order had been returned to them by Hermes but didn't know where it was and said it would take 4 days to find out from Hermes. They could resend, but of course one thing was now not in stock! But the worst thing was the extraordinary was I was treated on live chat (no telephone number for wiggle which tells you a lot). I was repeatedly bullied and pressurised into resolving the issue by way of refund, which they then just did automatically. What a waste of my time. I would have been happy with them just resending out my order and throwing in a free roll of bar tape for the considerable inconvenience.

Avoid: Had no intention of meeting agreed delivery times. Don't be disappointed.

Long story short. I placed an order for a 650 inner tube, after about 5 hours I found a new one in my shed. Quickly I've wrote to wiggle asking them to cancel the order. The reply was stunning: "To ensure we get you your order in the quickest possible time, there is only a very small window to cancel or amend. This is due to the majority of our orders being processed and dispatched within hours of being placed. With this being said, unfortunately we are unable to amend your order because it has already been processed in our warehouse system." I replied saying that in UK is a 14 days cancellation policy if you purchase anything online or over the phone. No reply from them. I did received the item, but I don't need it anymore. Up to you, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

Paid for a years worth of next day delivery which was suspended two weeks later. Rather than offer a 2-3 day service, I’m now waiting a week or so for standard delivery. Customer service not helpful at all- got a lecture on their fine print. The company isn’t terrible but they’ve got too big and no longer care, so in future I’ll be shopping with smaller companies who do

Bought some tubular wheels on their outlet page. Thought they were getting rid of old stock and getting rid them for cheap. Turns out it was pricing error. They cancelled and refunded that order, no biggy. The problem is, after the wheel order, I immediately had put an order for tubular tyres to go with the tubular wheels. When they cancelled my wheels, I immediately tried to cancel my now useless tubular tires; but they said they couldn't cancel that because it was 'being processed'. So somehow they could cancel the order when they screw up but can't cancel an order I put in *after*. I only cancelled my order because the tubular tyres are now useless to me because they cancelled my tubular wheels. I may have to even pay for the return shipping that they caused because their policy is I'll need to pay for shipping for refund if it's not a damaged item. Never shopping with Wiggle again, I'm just going to stick to Pushys and Bikebug, local in Australia, just as cheap, lower free shipping minimum spend, and super quick shipping.

I would give 0 stars if possible. On the 17/09/20 i made an order spending £130 on some bicycle parts as i have a service booked on the 02/09/20 at halford, i have waited 5 weeks for this appointment and its is extremely important to me as i cycle daily and also have a several big rides planned the soonest being on the 4th of September. Wiggle use Hermes as their delivery courier (worst delivery company imo) who delivered my parcel (19/08/20) to the wrong address which was a building containing 9 flats and my £125 parcel was left in the communal hallway with no signature. I recieved a message that my parcel had been delivered and i straight away realised that it had been left at the wrong address. Opon contacting Hermes you only speak to an automated system that is designed for to ask a few set questions and cannot respond. Their website directs you to return to seller if you didn't make a purchase with them. Contacting wiggle can only be done online and they respond 24-48hours later every time no sooner. I have screen shots of the conversation which i will add where possible. a summary is that after notifying them of this issue on the 20/08/20 i received an automatic response telling me there would be a 2 day wait for my complaint to be reviewed. On the 22/08/20 i was told my case needed to be assigned to the shipping team and this strangely takes another 3-4days. 0n th 26/08/20 i was sent a denial of receipt form to fill in, i did so and returned it straight away. On the 27/08/20 i received an email saying they have launched an investigation with their delivery partner and i should allow 2 working days before contacting no sooner than the 01/09/20 so they use the bank holiday as a reason to make me wait 5 days extra again. But both wiggle and Hermes operate 7 days a week even on bank holidays. I cannot affor to place a duplicate order at this time and i have explained all of this in my messages to them but all responses seem automatic and do not take your circumstances into consideration. Cheap products become extremely expensive when you buy from unreliable sellers. I have not been given any information as to what my options are atm or whether or not compensation of any sort is on the way.

Placed an order in may 2020 never been delivered. No customer service, no refund, paypal refuses to refund. Wiggle has no time to communicate with me but has time to create proof of delivery to not have to refund me. Run you fools

No customer service that you can actually talk to, just long waits for a chat system. Preferred twice, twice failed to deliver. A dreadful company which I advise you to avoid like the plague.

I purchased a bike from them, unfortunately this had damage to the frame and the grommets had been install the wrong way. Trying to get a repose from their customer service as to when the bike will be picked up has been a truly awful experience, and I'm still waiting. You're really better of going to an smaller independent company and paying a little more

I’m not sure that wiggle even employ anyone to manage customer service as I have yet to hear from them. Awful service and horrible company. Would recommend you shop elsewhere. 1 star is very generous.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME Absolutely horrible. Bike broke down within a week due to incorrectly assembled bottom bracket. Return refused. Customer support horrible.

I was expecting a delivery from hermes between 6PM and 8PM and I received an email at 7.51 PM says my item been delivered ! I havent received anyting yet and on email it marked as i received the item!?

Order number: 6242652897 Ordered a watch on next day delivery on 16/05/2020. The watch didn't arrive. There are never any customer service representatives available to speak online and no number to contact them on, only email (which they say requires 5 working days for a response). It is now 02/06/2020 and I have no watch or refund - they refuse to refund until they track down the watch that someone in their supply chain has lost. I would advise going direct to the supplier and paying a slightly higher price.

I bought Shimano XT Gear shifter. Order turned up as a jumbled bag of parts with the outer cable missing. I complained to customer services but was told ‘we confirm that sometimes our supplier and manufactures send us the items without the original packaging so this way we can offer the most competitive price when regarding cycling-related items.’ I am reporting this to trading standards as I was expecting boxed parts, not unboxed with items missing. In some ways it is my own fault! I bought a cycle chain off them last year on express delivery. Wiggle sent wrong part. I had to pay for the return of the wrong item. Wiggle then sent the correct chain sent by snail post once they had received the original part. No apologies and no refund for postage due to their mistake.

Order two inner tubes Thursday evening on Next Day delivery, it was after the cut off so expected it Saturday in time for a weekend ride... Got a notification from delivery company saying it was with them and hasn't moved since... Contacted customer service who said to expect a response in 4-6 days?! How the hell does that work? 1 day delivery and can't reply to email for almost a week! Why offer the service if you can't fulfill it?
