Don't trust them when you cash in a lottery ticket. We won a free ticket plus £5.00 , when my wife cashed it in she was told only a free ticket. On lotto website it said £5.00 +free ticket this was at hemel hempstead on Monday 13th Dec 2021. Be aware

The worst customer service of any store ever, bought a Christmas themed tennis ball for my 9 month old puppy we played fetch and within 5 mins she was choking off a piece of the ball that came dislodged. The safety standard of that ball clearly haven't been met. I got a response via emails that almost worded 4 it aside though it was my fault and via phone i may aswell of called a random who had no care.

Since around 2019 / 2020 Wilko stores have gone down hill, never no bargains.. in 5 local stores i go in. all the staff act they they have given up.. what ever you have changed after 2019.. take it back as before this it was a great place to shop.

Don't buy any flea or worm treatment for your pets why do you still sell this poison it's killing animals and you know it !its toxic to animals and you make a profit of murdering animals by a slow and painfull death how many animal have to die? I was told by vet they never use the ingredients you do ...as they kill ..my poor girl was fitting all night and lucky to still be alive ,after great work from the vets ..plus in southport your staff are rude lazy scruffy looking and have vagrant disregard to the consumer rights act oh and obviously your army of senior citizen check out staff/ doctors police jury and chief executors I have spent a lot of money over the years and have been a customer as far back as I can remember I've also recently after a period of sickness have been very anxious about going shopping the staff have made that 1000%worse with the security to Isle 5 or 4 or 3 or or 1 were ever I am when challenged about this the manager had the nerve to ask how I am able to count ....also random contact less checks which are apparently off my bank strange my bank has no knowledge 🤔..and also why are you over charging on products? You are the only shop that keeps doing it ..I bought a duvet half price on sale was charged full price and when returned they tried to refuse refund initially and then tried to say it wasn't on sale when showed the clear price tag tried saying was another product called slumberland when the only slimberland in the shop your staff are no offence but to old to be working there sometime I think there going to start going back wards there that slow honestly we'll that one loyal customer lost great ,trajectory......

There was an item missing from my internet delivery although shows on invoice with other products. Unable to get through to customer service after trying all last week and again this morning. Thoroughly disgusted with Wilko service now . No refund has been made or communication sent by them in spite of their ‘within 72 hours ‘ comment. So so annoyed

How quickly a company reacts and the actions they take when things don’t go to plan is a really great way to measure customer service. Unable to reach anyone in Wilko by phone I had to resort to email and did not have a great experience. You can make your own judgement based on the timeline of events: Day 1 - Ordered items with delivery communicated as being day 7 Day 10 - Not received so emailed Wilko customer service asking where my order was Day 15 - Wilko replied to my email saying the package had been lost, do I want a refund or the order resent, to which I replied please resend. Day 21 - Reply from Wilko customer service stating order sent with next day delivery Day 22 - Update from Hermes stating there is a delay in the parcel delivery Day 25 - Still no order and email sent to Wilko customer service asking what is going on Day 30 - Online tracking updated stating the package is damaged and being sent back to supplier Day 31 - Wilko reply to my email apologising and updating me that the order was damaged in transit and a new order sent with next day delivery Day 32 - Delivery received. Package almost falling apart and the contents not packed well. All 3 canned products severely dented.

What an utter disgrace of a service paid for next day delivery of a Christmas tree which after 50minutes of trying to get through to customer services informed they unsure of when the tree would be delivered. Not only did I take a day off work especially I do not get a refund until they receive the tree. Rude customer advisors, quick enough to take monies however difficult to return. I will never use this shambles of a store again. I have one unhappy daughter who wanted a Christmas tree today.

Your refund policy without a reciept, even tho it has Wilko brand printed on the item is an absolute disgrace. I will never shop at Wilko again. A refund I can understand but to not even offer an exchange!!! Whoever changed the exchange policy without a reciept needs to look at this again, surely with on line shopping coming more popular and so many shop having to close down, they would want people's business... Very disappointed ex customer.

THE SALES PREVENTION TEAM AT STAFFORD strike again . I was mortified this morning , the staff were beyond rude. All I want to do , is buy a trolley full of items from Wilko and pay at a manned till by card . IMPOSSIBLE.....NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN .

Order number 001260173039- ordered and paid for on the 08/11/2021- delivery expected in time for my Mums 91st Birthday on the 15/11/2021. Its Now 18/11/2021 and still no delivery. Have tried to call 08000-329-329 and still on the phone some 20 mins later. Sent email 2 days ago and no reply. What excuse's can i give my mum and what a bad service.

19th October Wilko Metrocentre Gateshead. Sent to card only to pay point for my goods . When i used my debit card to pay and after i completed the transaction it asked if i wanted a receipt i pressed no. Then it come up asking for payment again. So i just assumed it hadn't went through and stupidly used my card again. When i realised what i had done i asked a male member of staff to check it for me i explained whst had happened. He got a female member of staff ,she said to carry on and press yes for reciept this time she pressed it and handed me receipt . So i checked my bank account to see if the amount had been taken twice . It showed it had , i was assured that it would sort it self out , as she said it was only showing up on the system as going through once. So i waited a good week and heard nothing ,also checked my bank account and still showed transaction had went through twice. Waited another few days contacted my bank they said yes payment had went through twice . So contacted customer services and they assured me they would contact that particular store manager and they would be in touch within the next couple of days either by phone or Email. Yet I'm still waiting and heard nothing, now it is only a small amount and they are probably thinking why make a fuss. But iam not a multi millionaire unlike Wilkos owners and would like my money back, those small amounts all add up. I have always used Wilkos for paint, household goods and pet food. But i have lost faith and won't be using them again .

No Click & Collect available at Ellesmere Port so forced to order for delivery. Delivery was late by 2 days & no update from either Wilko or courier. Package arrived badly damaged. Not what I expected for an item that cost £45. Not shopping there again, disgusted. Sort yourselves out Wilko, if you can’t cope close down.

Went into the Birkenhead branch today to do a bit of Christmas shopping. Got most of what I wanted. Lots of stock sitting in cages on shop floor. Must have lost out on loads of sales. Very friendly cashier called Catherine. She was so pleasant.

Visited the Folkestone branch.was shocked how grimy and dirty the place is! Staff moribund manager needs to up the tempo there . Shelves dirty where consumables are.also around the back we saw rats! Definitely will never go there again

We used to shop at Middlebrook store Horwich at least once a week,great for pet stuff, toiletries ,d.i.y .But nobody on tills ,they push you to self service which are basically rubbish,so easy to have something charged twice, anyway we have found Middlebrook B&M bargains have most of what we need and have proper till checkouts,so we'll continue to give Wilko a miss unless the properly manned tills return and suspect others will do likewise

Visited the Blyth, Northumberland store today, Saturday 16th October 2021 and received excellent customer service thanks to Gillian! I called in after seeing a triple pumpkin online but sadly the shelf where they were on display was empty. I approached Gillian to ask if Wilko would be getting any more in and Gillian went out of her way to help. It was so refreshing to encounter such a pleasant, helpful customer service assistant for a change! Gillian was clearly busy, but nothing was a trouble, she went to the other end of the store to check the stock and discovered that more stock of the item in question had just come in. I left Wilko a happy customer with my purchase knowing the little ones trick or treating with their parents will love the light up pumpkin I will have on display in my porch for Halloween. Many thanks Gillian :-) you are an asset to Wilko!!

In-store shopping at tills is horrible. Where are all the till staff that used to work in-store? Self serve is useless. Hate this shop now. No wonder customers get frustrated. Bring back till staff. Xmas is going to be a nightmare in this shop, so I will shop elsewhere with a more pleasant in-store experience.
