Got told of a delivery after I had left the house, no way of cancelling or changing, Got home to find parcels outside front door. Obviously been dropped, as contents smashed and leaking. Three tins of paint, two were leaking. Wrong seeds sent. Took me 20 minutes to clean up, not happy. I will not send back, can't wait in for a courier to collect. Never ever use them again. I have photographed the damage to support the review.

Ordered from Wilko on 23/08/18. I paid £4.00 delivery fee for items due to be delivered within five days. After several emails to Wilko, I finally received the order over two weeks later on the 7/9/18. Half the order was missing, which I received no apology or explanation for and they took a further 10 days, to refund me for the missing items. Never again.

Product had to be returned failed on 2nd day. Very poor communication on order progress - no invoice - staff helpful but lacked knowledge on how to do PayPal return

Didn't bother to inform me when my item finally arrived at the store for collection, had to phone the store

Terrible at packaging goods. It always takes ages and ages to wait to be served and then to wait for them to go and build my order in the warehouse (I can only presume). EVERY single member of staff looked miserable, huffing and sighing and rolling their eyes when having to help a customer. Did not look good.

After making a purchase on wilko.com I was advised that a member of staff would call me to arrange collection when delivered to store. However after 2 weeks of waiting, I had to contact customer services via email for an update. Only to be told that they were informed that the store 'had' called me. This was completely false and will not be using the online service again.
