“I picked up a few items then was just browsing. I asked a member of staff, Helen, for some advice regarding a toy for my autistic grandson. As a mum of an autistic son, she gave me to so many different ideas which I've passed onto my grateful daughter. Helen needs to be singled out for her time, knowledge and help. Thank you Helen”

“I have had a fantastic customer care experience with a young man by the name of Thomas He was polite genuine caring pleasant and went the extra mile to help. He deserves a massive pat on the back and wilko should be so proud to have people like him employed by themselves.I was a retail manager and I would have been proud to have a member of staff like Thomas,in fact its a pity there are not more like him .Thomas made my day”

“Brilliant over and above service by Claire in Cwmbran shop We are elderly disabled Cancer sufferers Trying to get a certain colour of furniture paint to complete a recycle furniture project sold out online She rang local Wilko shops and found exactly what we needed and arranged for it to be kept for us Service like we got from Cwmbran and lovely Claire is rare in retail these days and Pontyool shop was equally accommodating We both left with a big smile Thankyou so much Great company lovely staff Never patronised us”

“We visited Ellesmere Port store today. I was very happy with my visit, was able to purchase all on my shopping list great value for money. I was greeted at the till by a lovely pleasant member of staff a lady called sue. She talked myself and my husband through using self scanner she was polite and very professional well done sue.”

“Wilco Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset, 10/10 for customer service During pandemic I have phoned many local stores with product queries and availability. The staff at Wilco, Sovereign Centre Weston-super-Mare are outstanding, this is now my 1st choice for shopping. Some other local supermarkets are not available to answer customer queries on product description or availability. Wilco staff have always been extremely helpful particularly when many of us self isolate and need telephone advice on products Thank you for all your help and advice.”

“I popped into Wilko Staines. As usual I was in a hurry. I met an angel working there called Jen (I think) What incredibly amazing customer service.
