“I order my wild bird food from Wilko online and it is the simplest and easiest way to order such heavy items, the ordering is easy, tracking your order is easy, and the delivery is fast. My birds love it, so that means i do too. It's so convenient.”

“had shopped with Wilko online or in-store couple of time, very good services, items are great quality, very competitive price. If order online, fast delivery and well packed. In store, staffs are very friendly and helpful, great shelves display and stocking, shops are very clean and organised (even when the staffs so shelves stocking, all are well organised and put customers on the mind first) and shops are spaces for shoppers to browse comfortable up/down aisles thus make shopping a easy job and enjoyable. I am now a great long die heart Wilko fans.”

“Terrible at packaging goods. It always takes ages and ages to wait to be served and then to wait for them to go and build my order in the warehouse (I can only presume). EVERY single member of staff looked miserable, huffing and sighing and rolling their eyes when having to help a customer. Did not look good.”
