DO NOT buy from this company. They will take your money and won't deliver your products or give you any correspondence. Delivery times are not at all accurate and are not met. No phone number so you can't talk to anyone and their email responses are frankly a joke! Don't waste your time or money, take your business elsewhere.

I wouldn't use them again ! Happy with products but it was a shambles getting them ! Main concern is you cant speak to anyone , only via online chat , & takes an average of 2 hours to get a response! The couriers are OK, updates about delivery etc , & it's not their fault that wrong items are sent! But I never expected that ordering 2 items was going to be such a mission.

I ordered a bed for my daughter and it arrived 6 days later than the arranged delivery date. Customer service is shocking and very slow to respond & reply as its all done via email. Will not use Wilko ever again!!

A courier service which i've never heard of with no website or business address came a day before delivery date and left a card saying it had been returned to depot.

Ordered a large item for the garden with a delivery of almost 4 weeks which I was prepared to wait. However, it’s been another 4 weeks and no item. Trying to talk to them via the chat is useless. Really poor communication and I am still awaiting a response. Had my money for 2 months now and I am fed up with them. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

I ordered a product that never arrived and wonder how many people have been in this position. It was £23.95 with delivery fees it may not seem a lot but if this is happening to lot of people they will accumulate a lot of money . Totally disgusted

When they failed to deliver an item with express delivery using DHL You Can't contact anybody and they don't have a 'customer service' department just a third party company that takes emails and chat messages. I strongly suggest to any one that you don't use them. When things go wrong there is no one to help ! They are owned by the Range and their customer support is extremely poor !

They refused to deal with me until after my given delivery date, when they did eventually deal with me it turned out they hadn’t put in my order with their supplier (I only found this out from their supplier).
