Awful experience I would not recommend buying from Wilko. I ordered a child’s ride on car in November last year and it never arrived I’ve contacted Wilko multiple times over email and they said I could get refund or replacement and then stopped answering my emails completely. I spent £149 on the item that hasn’t arrived and I haven’t had a refund. AWFUL COMPANY

Absolutely vile customer service. I would not recommend anyone to shop online at Wilko! You will not get your refund back if item is faulty, damaged or for any other reason. Stay away from this company for your own peace of mind.

Main Christmas gift ordered weeks ago, not delivered on date stated on tracking. No update, no refund, no sense from customer service. Will never order from there again.

Absolutely terrible company. Used to shop here regularly in store and now since it got bought out by other companies it is awful. Ordered 2 products, turned up late, no longer needed them so returned them after days of messaging on WhatsApp (as that's the only way to contact or email- no phone) and have had nothing since. No messages, no refund. Do not order from Wilko.

Never delivered my order 20 days and counting no satisfactory reply to numerous emails if I could I would award minus stores needed it for Xmas but no sign avoid at all costs quick enough to take money not to happy to refund or give proper reply to emails

Ordered a tv stand with fireplace it came damaged have requested a replacement many times or refund, they seem to repeat the same questions over n over. They offered 20 pound discount for a damaged item!!!..wow thank God I ordered via paypal

waiting in for experience delivery all week , time off work on day due but still no order, no refund and no way of sorting it out.

1 star is too much. Woeful. Their courier left the item in a public place and it was (presumably) stolen. 20 emails later and Wilko do everything and anything to obfuscate and avoid processing a refund. I forced the matter with copies of the correspondence through PayPal - funds returned. Their customer service 'support' and 'tickets' are beyond condescending. Absolutely avoid. Pay a little more elsewhere and get some service.
