Anita at Long Eaton store is one in a million operatives because she has the most caring attitude and is the utmost efficient operative at Wilko. At Beeston Nottingham store my wife was told the paint she required which she had been buying for years was a line that had finished and was not available. So much for that operative on the contrary the paint is still available and very much so. It is clear however the right person must be approached to get the correct answer.

Exceedingly poor customer service from online Wilko. I've finally contacted credit card provider for refund that Wilko should have but have not made. Other firms small/large have managed despite Covid 19.

Wilko are a shadow of their former self. I advise people not to use them anymore due to their non existent customer service. I eventually had to go to my debit card issuer and request they refund me as it's impossible to contact Wilko. Never will I use them again, Corona virus is no excuse, other companies are managing just fine.

I ordered 3 sets of curtains all the same colour when they arrived 2 sets were one shade of Grey and the other was another so i ordered another 3 sets to see if i could get all 3 the same colour grey. Once i had three sets the same i hung them and what a disappointment the curtains were slightly different lengths the ring at the top were all obscure and the lining doesn't fit properly. will never buy curtains from here again

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, We placed an order online for over £100 on the 8the of July and we have not recieved the full order. We have tried to contact 4 times in 4 days each phone call lasted approximately 1 hour and then we got cut off, the only thing left to do is leave a message which says they will respond in 14 working days which we have done and are still awaiting a response. So if you add up the days and weeks and you want your items it could last a month or more, so take my advice and shop elsewhere .I understanding that things are not the way they were before covid but you will atleast get a much quicker delivery and customer care elsewhere. STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. Garry.

first order never received as so badly damaged two hours waiting for customer service to answer phone another order made It has just arrived so crushed and mangles it is only fit for the dustbin!

Item delivered was faulty. Contacted them on 3rd July to arrange return and refund. Can get NO RESPONSE despite repeated e amils. Tried ringing...waited 50 minutes no reply. Now going to go to Trading Standards. AVOID..they have no customer service

Bought the wilko brand gloss which after 2 days using it became lumpy in the pot. Took it to the store but was refused exchange under their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Unable to speak to customer service. Overall very poor service and the guarantee means nothing!

placed many orders with no problem this time i recieved 4 7ltr glass jars with taps which don't belong to me but no dog food short and no cat litter have tried to contact several times to sort out cant get to talk to any one very poor service and £5 to get goods that don't belong to me rubbish service

Dreadful. Most of my order was 'lost in transit' although it took several weeks bouncing between Wilko and Hermes to discover this, and get my money back. The part of my order that was actually delivered was 2 director chairs, not cheap at £80, but I wanted something of good quality for my elderly parents to use when they come to visit. After about the third time I sat on the chair it broke (May 16th). I complained to Wilko, on 29th May I finally had a reply. I followed the instructions they gave and waited for the chairs to be collected, which they were not, apparently my emails had not been received, even though I replied exactly as instructed. i tried to phone customer service but my calls were cut off after about 40 minutes of waiting, very frustrating. A week ago, after waiting over 90 minutes for an answer, I was assured that the faulty chairs would be collected today and the £80 refunded to my account. Neither has happened. I have been invited to give feedback by Wilko, which I have done, but haven't even received an acknowledgement, let alone a response. I know times are difficult, but maybe I have been too polite, and that is why I have been treated with such a lack of regard and respect. Other companies I have dealt with at this time have treated me as a valued customer, I particularly recommend the Yorkshire Trading company. The claim made by Wilko that they care about their customers is a joke. The whole experience of trying to deal with them has been extremely stressful at a time when I could do without it. I wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. Avoid like the plague, they are a nightmare.

Purchased chalk white kitchen paint. It went on pink/grey! Emailed to say I wasn't happy the reply advised me to return the paint - despite me stating I'd used it on the walls hoping it would dry white,I emailed back stating that and I've never heard back! Would not buy wilko paint again. Poor customer service. And I'm not outside of the warranty. Waste of money!

Ordered & paid on the 19/06/2020 was informed a 6 working day home delivery. It's now been 11 days. Tried to contact but it's impossible, just keep getting computer generated replys. Very disappointed. Patrick.

Ordered 4 plant pots only 2 delivered.Tried to E Mail phone and wrote to head office no reply from any one.Very poor service,we will not be using Wilkos any more.

Shocking customer service. Ordered goods paid for online that should have been delivered. Haven't received them. Tried calling several times but they cut the line off. Tried emailing several and they don't reply with any information about the order. Never experienced anything like this with any other company. WHAT do I do now?

Only part order delivered. Wilko beyond useless and ignore me completely. American Express put a stop on the money, then Wilko said they would refund me if I asked AMEX to remove the block. The block was removed and Wilko refuse to refund me and ignite my emails. Now AMEX are having to claim the money back. Disgusting company, avoid Wilko at all costs.

I placed my order on 29th May 2020 Delayed at Hermes since 3rd June. No further delivery status updates given since. Hermes saying to contact Wilkinsons. Wilkinsons haven't answered any of my emails but can send me a email today nviting me to buy more. I certainly won't be buying more until this is sorted out

I placed my order with Wilkinsons on 29th May 2020. My delivery is delayed at Hermes since 3rd June and no further delivery status updates since. Hermes is saying to contact retailer- Wilkinsons. Wilkinsons not answering any of my emails but can send me an email inviting me to buy more I certainly won't be until this is sorted out

Normally a fan of Wilko but I have found abysmal customer services when things go wrong. Filled lots of web based forms that then turned into lots of unanswered emails. This morning spent 1hr 21 mins waiting on the phone to be cut off. I'm clearly not a valued customer. Goodbye loyality.

They offer a receipt , if you decline they don't tell you that you can't return an item without one , even if you can prove the item was out of date and they still have more on the shelf for sale ! The moral of the story get a receipt and check the dates even on none foodstuff .

Ordered 2 lots of wallpaper with only 1 delivered. 5 and a half weeks later, 5 emails and 2 calls (queue of 80 mins) later and I'm having to do a charge back on my credit card. They refuse to refund unless the supplier tells them they haven't delivered but the supplier apparently isn't responding...... nobody phones back. Wilko are refusing to refund and are now telling me to wait another week for a response from their supplier... after the week I already waited from my last call. Totally unacceptable, complaint ignored also. DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THESE INCOMPETENT COWBOYS!!
