“Quick delivery no.problems”

“At first like a few reviews I was trying to return an item & got the same reply basically saying "high volume of queries and appreciate it may take over 72 hours" waited a week e-mailed them again, same answer. Even though I made sure my order number etc was included in the e-mail I wasn't convinced if I waited another week the standard reply wouldn't be the same. I also thought if it went over the 14 days I wouldn't be entitled to a refund? So instead of e-mailing them through there returns page again I just pressed (REPLY) to there last e-mail, I didn't hold out much hope of a reply but was pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by Wilko's Customer Services Department arranging for my parcel to be picked up the day after. Taking the above into consideration & hoping I get my refund what would have been 1 star I'm now happy to give 5 stars.”

“Overall service was excellent I couldn't find what I wanted but a very helpful person on the shop floor showed me and the lady on the checkout(Jo)was very cheerful and pleasant, which makes all the difference”

“Always Excellent service from TINA T she is always positive and happy to help, as a long-standing memeber of the wolverhampton branch never ever had a problem with the service, even thou I loved my local branch on corner of SNOWHILL, but the newer branch in the mander centre has a lot more stock, and still great deals on offer thankyou kind regards Stacey”

“I ordered two 5 litre cans of paint, one of which had a split on arrival. Judging by the level of mess I suspect it was the courier who had done the damage as he completely ignored the 'This Way Up' sign on the parcel also. I asked Wilko for a refund and within 2 hours they had refunded me the full amount, (including the undamaged can) as well as giving me a further 20% discount on a future purchase. Excellent service all round!”

“Today I went into Wilco Coalville Leicestershire to buy a parcel tape gun. There were none to be found and nice young man named Marco said he would go upstairs to see if the one that showed was there , but came back with nothing. An security person came by and was asked if he had seen it and was told it was just inside by the door. He came back with it , I went to the till and a nice lady named Alison said it’s your lucky day this is the last one so it’s only £1.00 what an amazing experience. Well done Wilko”

“I popped into local Wilko a couple of weeks ago and saw Sharon, one of the staff there. She is always so lovely and willing to go that extra mile to help and nothing is too much trouble for her. I completed a review on line with the chance to win £100 and went through every step of the process when my review was accepted but unfortunately was then told by Sharon that this never reached them. This is not good but I wanted to give a big shout out to her and all the staff at Gorleston who are always aiming to please”
