“I made my order on line after finding many other companies do. It offer the same style sofa in the sofa bed ranges. As I required a sofa and sofa bed, Willow and hall ticked all my boxes. I received a phone call after I made the order, asking me if I wished a sample of the cover material, which I accepted and had a long talk about the products, sizes and quality, delivery etc.”

“I was really pleased with my whole experience with Willow and Hall. The website was really helpful and easy to use. The samples I requested came promptly and helped me to decide on my product. I am really pleased with the sofa bed which was ready ahead of time and the delivery was on time and the delivery man most helpful. All in all an excellent experience. I would certainly recommend Willow and Hall”

“Good service starting with the samples of material, ordering & arrival of the Downton Sofa as promised on time. Sofa is very well made and good quality. The delivery men were friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this company.”

“Willow & Hall were recommended to me, I saw the product before I bought through a friend, a well made attractive quality product and I would recommend. the delivery was on time, the item was placed in the room, all packaging was removed, delivery drivers were polite and careful. had friends stay at the weekend to try out the sofa bed and they had a brilliant nights sleep. so thank you”

“After paying up front and waiting six weeks my sofa bed chaise arrived. Could not be assembled because the female receptor for one of the chaise legs was missing. It took two further weeks to resolve this. The part was posted to me and I fitted it. Unfortunately, the Willow and Hall team were not easy to deal with, no refund for paying for a fitting service I didn't get, and shoddy workmanship.”

“We came on a busy bank holiday weekend and the two salespeople were overwhelmed with customers and printer problems, but were still extremely attentive and helpful. We left happy with our purchase and excited to receive our sofa bed.”
