“The whole W&H experience is high quality, from the way material samples are packaged (with a teabag!) to the efficient way that you can test the different seat options and view large samples of the materials in the showroom - not to mention the coffee while you're looking! I found exactly what I was looking for, both style and material, and my chaise was ready in 4 weeks. Delivery guys were great too and my chaise looks perfect in situ.”
