“Cannot speak highly enough of the Showroom team and in particular Kelly. Very glad that I made the 3 hour journey to visit, if you can it is worth the day out and lots of lovely options in Chiswick for lunch or coffee whilst mulling over your decision.”

“So far so good, I ordered online and the delivery turned as planned 6 weeks later. We haven't had the chance to use it much yet but it looks great. The delivery guys were great as well, so helpful and quick at setting everything up.”

“I ended up taking months agonising over my choice but so glad that I ended up choosing Willow & Hall. Definitely order some free samples before ordering, the service is excellent and really helps you to visualise your new colour scheme.”

“This was the first purchase I made to furnish my first flat, everyone I spoke to made it a special and seamless experience. My sale ended up being delayed and they were very good about hanging onto my order and not adding any pressure to take the delivery, I had to pay a small fee to store it with them for a few weeks but well worth it!”

“We visited the showroom initially but ended up making the purchase online a few weeks later. The care and attention to detail we received after we made the purchase was great, someone rang up the next day to run through all of the order details and to explain the hand making process, we spoke to the team a few more times in the lead up to the delivery and they were always very polite and helpful. I would recommend trying to take the first delivery slot they offer as their schedule seems to get booked up very fast and you may not get another slot immediately, wasn't an issue for us and happy to wait but if you are in a rush be prepared to move your calendar around and take some time off work as the timeslots seem to mostly be within the working day.”

“I love love love my new sofa! I was originally looking for a 3 seater and an armchair, but when I visited the showroom I fell in love with the chaise style so ended up choosing the Bayfield. They had a very similar item in the showroom so I was able to try the different cushions and drape fabric over it to get a pretty good idea of what the finished article would be like. When it arrived it looked and felt even nicer than the showroom one and I couldn?t be happier. Thank you!”

“So impressed. I visited the Showroom before purchasing which I would recommend if possible as it was really helpful in terms of making a selection on the customisation's. I went for the middle cushion option, siliconised hollow fibre and a memory foam mattress. They feel very luxurious.”

“Lovely furniture! I ordered the Wishford sofa and the Buttermere sofa bed for an AirBnB we rent out and I have been so impressed with the feedback we have received and also how durable the sofas and fabric are. If you have kids, pets and need something that will last, this is the company for you!”

“Can't recommend highly enough. I've purchased previously from other high street sofa shops and found my experience with Willow & Hall to be worlds apart, maybe because they are still relatively small in comparison you benefit from receiving a personal level or care and service.”
