“The service in the showroom was excellent, very patient and knowledgeable. The delivery was also very efficient. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that they got my phone number wrong. Despite me correcting it by phone and on line, the delivery men were still given the wrong number. This meant they could not contact me to give me a more precise arrival time.”

“From the placing of the order to delivery the service was excellent. Willow and Hall phoned to double check our order and the delivery was received ahead of the promised time. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful, even at 6.30 am when we elected to receive our chair. All in all a first- class company with which to do business.”

“Excellent service, explained my options as wasn't sure what to buy and regular contact re delivery and held the sofa whilst I was waiting to move and delivery was good as explained how to use the sofa bed and took the rubbish and packaging with them when they left!!”

“When choosing a new sofabed for our lounge we did lots of research as it is a big investment. We were very drawn to the Willow & Hall products and visited the showroom twice where we were well looked after. You really feel part of something special. The service was excellent and the delivery drivers very polite and conscientious.”

“I was contacted after my online order to check all the details were correct. Delivery was a week earlier than expected. My order was carried carefully (including taking down and replacing some pictures to make sure there was no damage) to the room of my choice and put together. All Packaging was removed. All staff I spoke to and met were polite and v helpful.”

“Cannot fault the customer experience from beginning to end and cannot highly enough recommend them! Polite, courteous, helpful - from sales staff to delivery staff impeccable. From the little touches like a little teabag in the material samples package to members of staff making me feel like their ONLY customer they make you feel special all the way! and to top it all off (and I guess more importantly!) the products themselves are beautifully made and excellent quality! This still doesn't seem praise enough!!”
