“They have a huge range of styles and materials to choose from. Their samples arrive very quickly and their staff are very knowledgeable about their products. The installation is professional and thorough with demonstrations of how to operate the sofa-bed mechanisms. Very thick and comfy mattresses.”

“We ordered one of the sofa bed's through Willow and Hall due to the excellent design and appearance that didn't let it look or feel like a sofa bed. The service was first rate and they couldn't have been more helpful to ensure they got it into the house even though it meant a trip through the neighbour's garden to come through the rear of the property.”

“We ordered a sofa bed from Willow and Hall. We originally ordered fabric samples which came very quickly and the fabric was very good quality. Once the sofa bed was delivered, the delivery team were excellent - it was placed in the bedroom and unpacked - and it was very well packed. The quality it excellent and were very pleased with our overall shopping experience with Willow and Hall. Would recommend.”

“Sofa is lovely (I have the alderton chaise corner sofa with pull out bed), the people who delivered it were friendly and efficient. The sofa did take longer than anticipated to arrive and communication in the lead up was a bit sparse. There was also an issue with the assembly as one of the feet wasn't screwed in properly - but they have good aftercare and someone was sent to sort this out very quickly.”

“Very pleased with speed made and look of sofabed. Delivery men helpful and friendly. However when I had a problem with the mattress, took a long time to sort out with them BUT they did replace the faulty item, so therefore good value for the money.”
