“From beginning to end, as customers, we were their only concern! They were brilliant! We will use them again, of course, and we highly recommend them to anybody else! The only negative was the delivery timing. The drivers were being asked to do too much! Not a fault of W and H! - but the delivery company.”

“Personal and efficient apart from delivery. Only reason its is not 5* is that the communication to the delivery team was not good and it meant they tried to delivery even though we had warned them in advance we could not accept the delivery at that time.”

“Great Blanket Box and very well priced. Looks very stylish in our bedroom. Easy to order and pay for online but then I received a follow up call to go through it all again which I felt was a little over-dotting the i's but then again I suppose as it's a bespoke order they need to make sure the customer is happy. Delivery was faultless.”

“From point of ordering through to delivery couldn?t fault them. Ordered in the showroom and was served by Marco who was able to show me a lot of fabrics but we settled on a stain proof one as sofa will be in the play room.”

“Very easy to order the sofa via their web site. I received a phone call to confirm the order and to explain the delivery procedure. Delivery notification was good and the sofa was unwrapped and installed by the delivery crew. The operation of the sofa bed mechanism was explained and demonstrated. Whilst the sofa looks good, it is very firm and not as comfortable as I had expected.”
