“The staff in the show room and also on the telephone were really friendly and helpful. The delivery men were great and showed me how to work the sofa bed mechanism. I'm very pleased with both the sofa bed and the footstool.”

“Fantastic service from the minute we walked through the door to the delivery of our new sofa bed. At the showroom we were given helpful advice and time to contemplate every detail of our new purchase. Staff were efficient, courteous and professional. We were kept up to date with the progress of our sofa and delivery was exactly as explained. Thanks so much, we love the Elmley.”

“From the moment we have ordered the sofa bed and bed the customer service was excellent. They called to confirm the order let us know about delivery. On the day the delivery team were courteous and professional calling to let us know they were on the way. It's great to support British companies. The quality is great. Very happy.”
