“Very helpful & friendly when I phoned for some advise, I was amazed & delighted how quick the sofa's where from time of order to delivery! The two guys who delivered the sofa's where very patient & friendly. We wish them Both all the best with their new addition to their families!”

“We liked the relaxed but informed service in the Chiswick showroom. All our queries were answered and we were encouraged to take our time deciding. The delivery timetable was a week over optimistic but all in all a very good company to do business with.”

“I am very impressed with Willow and Hall, initially I ordered a catalogue online, then some fabric samples,both arrived fast. Having made my choice, I rang to order as wanted to check a couple of things. My queries were solved efficiently and throughout my order I was kept informed. Well done ,great service! Also have to sing praises of the two delivery guys who initially said they didnt think the sofa was going to go up the stairs and round various corners but they'd try. They deserve a medal. Must have had 1mm clearance in some places but they did it !”
