“Quick and efficient but a little confusing. After ordering received a swatch of fabric and directions to place our order. Great idea to send swatch after ordering in case of error however should change leaflet sent with it in cases where order already placed.”

“Excellent Company. Went to showroom in London. Excellent service. No pushy sales tactics but lots of time and care spent on customers. Delivery people showed us how the unit operated.”

“Quick responding to my order, from placing my order to receiving the sofa and two armchair was about 4 weeks. Likewise when i have problem with the arm caps on one of the armchairs they quickly sorted it out. Good Company.”

“Best service ever. Offered complete refund within 2 weeks of receipt of sofa to guarantee product quality. John Lewis wouldn't even refund if it didn't fit through the door. Highly recommend and won't bother looking elsewhere for a decent sofa and service”

“Could not fault every aspect of the service. I ordered a size too big for my space and the company exchanged it for a smaller one without charge and credited me the difference. Outstanding service. Will consider them first in future.”

“Willow and Hall were a pleasure to deal with. A visit to the showroom enabled us to try the various styles and options with ease and without pressure. The order process was simple and the delivery was earlier than forecast. The delivery team arrived on schedule and quickly completed their work and even took the packing away.”
