“Easy to order website. Excellent response to any queries that had before and after I ordered. Delivered on time and drivers were very polite and friendly and made sure I knew how to operate the sofa bed before leaving.”

“Excellent service, delivered after 5 weeks. The sofabed is really comfortable. Delivery great with 2 committed guys who took a great deal of trouble (I am in a diffcult to access block of flats) and showed me how it worked and made me practise. all is well so far”

Having previously owned a Wesley Barrell sofa bed we compared Willow & Hall's price and specification with their's - Willow & Hall won hands down!!”

“Having brought a sofa bed from Bentalls which was returned due to the shoddy way it was made & the broken frame & terrible delivery service, Williow & Hall ticked all the boxes from being in the showroom to delivery. W & H arrived with everything covered & a brace keeping the frame square. The chaos then set the bed part into the frame for you & demonstrated how it worked. Really happy!”

“Outstanding from beginning to end. Showroom staff were polite, knowledgable and helpful. They provided options and choices but also knew when to take a step backwards and let me think the purchase through. Delivery came in about 5 weeks. And the delivery team were also very polite courteous and helpful. They took time to show how the new sofa worked and how to get the best from it. And the end result is great. A really nice and comfortable sofa that's fits very well in my home.”

“The perfect experience - W & H produce a well constructed, high quality product which I highly recommend. The ordering process was easy, W & H checked to make sure the fabric was correct, the delivery was scheduled within the promised time and the delivery team could not have been more helpful or courteous. The two seater bed settee that we bought is extremely comfortable and we couldn't be more pleased.”

“Willow and Hall made the whole process of buying a sofa bed as easy and straightforward as possible, from answering my initial questions over the phone to delivering the sofa bed upstairs via a difficult narrow staircase. Really good customer service, and recent guests tell us that the bed is very comfortable, too.”
