“Lovely sofas - excellent quality and comfortable. My only complaint was that it took 6 weeks and not the 4 - 5 weeks advertised on the website which was a pain. I timed my order in accordance with the 4 - 5 week delivery expectation and then ended up with no sofas for a week longer than anticipated.”

“The sofa I ordered was more than I expected. The quality is outstanding. The mattress is unbelievably comfortable (and I've researched extensively) the delivery was on time, professional and efficient. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you Willow & Hall”

“Gave good advice when selecting finishes and mattress.Quality of sofa bed more than met expecitations. Good value. Delivery was very smooth and staff friendly and efficient. All in all a good buy.”

“Process was good except for dismissive approach to my concerns about seat back cushions, which were harder than I wanted (and remain so). No appetite to offer change of cushion pads or to facilitate this for me. Just gave me a name of supplier who might help. Very disappointed. Otherwise, product was good. But will not use again and will not recommend.”

“Knowledgeable and helpful staff at the showroom. Easy to order online. Delivery date sooner than expected. Good communications regarding delivery slot. Delivery on time, team removed the old sofa and installed the new one very efficiently. The new sofa is ad advertised and we are very happy with it so far.”
