“This was the first order I had placed with W&H, can't fault customer service, product or the delivery service, all was absolutely top service. Only 1 thing I did pick up on was the free cushions to match my sofa bed were not made from the same cloth as my sofa bed so looks out of place so I do not use them as they don't actually look that great.”

“I picked willow&hall after seeing them in goodhousekeeping and they had a sale on and lots of fabrics. Ordered 2 packs of fabrics as couldnít pick but went with stain resistant as got a dog and didnít want it getting ruined. Ordered online and used my magazine code and got all confirmed on email. sofa bed came without any issue and looks good in my spare room. Now the dogs favorite place to sleep!”

“Sofa bed arrived two weeks ago and had our first guests this weekend, and they raved about how comfy it was. We splashed out on the memory foam mattress and they said it was as comfy as a normal bed. I was happy with my order before but their comments made me decide I needed to leave a review!”

“Whole journey was how I expected to be. Website was simple to use, had a phone call the next day to confirm order, got another call 5 weeks later to book in my delivery. Sofa bed is now in my house! Only thing I would have liked was maybe a progress call a few weeks in to let me know everything was running to time, but given it did I have no complaints.”

“Good website, good service and quality sofa. Found ordering fairly simple and had a call after ordering my sofa to check I understood the options which was a nice touch. Delivery happened within a week of the call to say my sofa was ready. Delivery guys were running about 20mins late but called to let me know. Good experience overall.”

“Found the whole process very easy. Ordered online then had a phone call to confirm my order and they sent me samples of the fabric Iíd chosen to check I was happy which luckily I was. Got a phone call then to organise delivery which happened the following week. Bit limited on delivery times mid-week only for my address but Iíd expected to have to stay in on day of delivery so wasnít a big issue. Sofa looks great now itís here and Iím still glad I chose the velvet.”

“I received my new sofa bed yesterday and have to say Iím really pleased with it! I was going back and forth about whether to get a sofa or sofa bed for my living room because I was worried a sofa bed might not look as good, but Iíve been pleasantly surprised by how sturdy and well built it is. The delivery guys showed me how to put the bed out which was easy enough but not something I think Iíll be doing that often but nice to have the option. Only thing I was a bit worried about was whether the seat cushions might be a bit solid because when I ordered I was told they can be quite firm to start with until they soften, but they look really sleek and theyíre not uncomfortable so even if they dont soften I think I chose the right ones. All in all Iíve found the whole experience easy and Iím really happy with my new sofa bed!”
