“Really amazing! I needed some samples for my interior design uni course, making material boards, and there were so many colours and materials to choose from! I loved the little welcome back that came with the samples! Other companies could learn something from this one! Thank you!”

“I requested samples and they arrived within days. High quality material. It was very difficult in choosing which samples to request from the large range of fabrics and colours. I have not chosen which sofa or colour yet but hope to do so in the not too distant future.”

“We wanted to order new furniture and spoke to a team member named Kelly. We couldn't have asked for anything more. She went through our order explained everything very clearly, informed us about the finance we were looking at and did so with such a friendly, interested and totally knowledgeable way the whole experience was a pleasure. Kelly also followed up with a call when everything was completed. Would highly recommend this company and their customer care.”

“So far we have found Willow and Hall very good. Our sofa bed is now on order, so we cannot comment on it just yet. Kelly in Chiswick was extremely helpful when we visited the showroom and in keeping in touch with us, while we made our decision. She has a lot of patience.”
