“I was very impressed I requested the samples and they arrived very quickly including a small gift,which was very thoughtful. I will be ordering from Willow and Hall when I move into my new home. The sample products are of great quality and some amazing colours. I know I am going to be extremely pleased with the finished item.”

“Samples came quickly and well packaged, however I ordered two sets of eight samples and on both occasions only received seven. I did not receive any email to advise that the item was out of stock. Neither did I receive the supposedly out of stock item at a later date.”

“My experience has been very positive throughout the ordering and delivery. Excellent customer service, kept informed at all times. Delivery drivers also went the extra mile to get our sofa bed into a very awkwardly laid out old cottage! Cannot fault anything.”
