“Very efficient from placing order to receiving it. Staff very helpful and informative. Delivery was very prompt and was given a 1.5 hour slot - unlike some companies where you have to wait all day!”

“I have to say I've had the most amazing experience with willow and hall! Megan was my contact in customer service and she was AMAZING! So so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, always got back to me promptly. Megan really Helped with the delivery as I'm out of the country a lot and sorted everything out for me. I cannot recommend willow enough, thank u so much :-)”

“You failed to communicate a change of contact telephone number for me to your couriers in Carlisle. Consequence they were unable to deliver and emailed me (Monday 22 December). Thankfully your couriers played a blinder and were able to deliver the following morning as I needed the furniture over the Festive Season - they deserve a great deal of credit for ensuring that I received the items prior to Christmas, they clearly mad a special effort to accommodate my request for a redelievery. Well done to them!!”

“There wasn't consistency in what I was told from different customer service representatives and then I was hardly given any notice or choice in terms of when sofa arrived. It took longer to arrive than I was originally led to believe. It would have been better to have one point of contact - not 3-4!”

“Product very good. Delivery was good however would have liked to have firm date decided much earlier as needed to plan ahead on a number of other deliveries and wanted them all for the same day - limited time off... That needs to be looked at.”

“Great people to deal with, was called after order was placed to confirm all was ok, delivery team called when sofa bed was ready, around four weeks after order at Xmas time, great service. Hopefully will deal with you again.”

“I was very impressed with their service as always taking a gamble when using the internet for purchasing big items and this company was uknown to me. The sofa came as promised at time arranged. I would certainly us Willow and Hall again and recommend to friends-family.”
