“Very pleasant staff in the shop, went through the product thoroughly. Later the office staff were pleasant and efficient. Delivery was on time and very courteous service, clean and tidy (even put the door back on its hinges).”

“Generally a very nice experience - we visited their showroom in London, and had ample chance to get samples and consider all the options. Ordering was straightforward, they kept in close contact and delivery was faster than anticipated, and very professional. The sofa itself is lovely! Very pleased”

“We did visit the showroom to decide on fabric (it does look very different in a large piece) and cushion fillings. Easy to order online and phone call from Willow & Hall to confirm - warn us that feather wrapped cushions would feel harder initially, and give expected delivery period. Email to tell us sofa made followed swiftly by call arranging delivery. Delivery by another company, but they were charming and efficient.”

“The service was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive from the moment we walked into the showroom until our new sofa bed arrived in our flat. Our sofa bed is gorgeous and very comfortable. The bed is high-quality wood slatted, easy to pull out and put away and with the memory foam mattress, it is great to sleep on. Very happy.”

“Bought a 3 seater sofa bed. They were in touch shortly after the order was placed to doulbe check our requirements. Once the item was build delivery was arranged immediately for the following day. The delivery team were very helpful, and communicated when they were on the way. They brought the sofa directly to the room we wanted and finished assembly so it was ready to use. Delivery was done very quickly and courteously.”

“After 3 days of looking at numerous sofas in many shops and feeling tired and depressed, our niece recommended Willow and Hall (who we had never actually heard of). Wow, what a difference, an excellent show room in Chiswick, staffed by very nice people, helpful and not pushy. We chose our 2 sofas in a colour we loved, comfortable, attractive and perfect. We were told that the delivery would be between 4-5 weeks, free as well. They were delivered 4 weeks and 4 days later by a great team of 3 guys who were so careful and polite. I cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them.......”

“Very good all round from product, through to service, installation and use-care instructions. Only slight niggle is the texture description of the fabrics, one described online as soft could almost be graded on a sandpaper scale, would recommend checking fabrics in store rather than online.”
