“The whole experience went without hitch. The website was easy to navigate, the delivery took place as and when promised and the quality of the sofa bed was excellent. The sales team made contact a couple of times to confirm details which I thought was helpful as it gave confidence that they would be a reduced chance of problems downstream - which proved to be the case.”

“Attention to detail polite efficient service 4 weeks is a reasonable length of time to wait for a large upholstered item some firms are 7 or 8 weeks”

“Everything was done with attention to detail, from checking my order to delivering the sofa-bed and making sure we knew how to operate it. Also the bed is very very comfy and looks smart as a sofa.”

“Excellent company to deal with - responsive to emails with queries in advance and a delivery team that stop at nothing to get furniture into difficult places. Also great quality. Would highly recommend over several other similay priced other companies I have used”

“Ordering easy. Delivery very bad. Several attempts to ring-email to change delivery time was unsuccessful - either no answer or phone inbox full. Ended up having to get the shop to liaise with the delivery team as had to keep taking time out of work to make phone calls! Eventually delivery arrived and that was v good”

“Great service! Our sofas were delivered yesterday in the snow despite our reservations about them being able to get here! The delivery guys were friendly, polite & helpful. Our sofas are beautiful & very comfortable......love them!”
