“Ordering online was so straightforward. Details of my sofa choice and samples of my chosen fabrics were quickly despatched to me. I was given an approximate delivery timescale and this was adhered to. Delivery men unpacked the sofa and placed it where I asked them to! I love, love, love it! It looks fantastic, really well made and very comfortable! I would certainly order again from this Company, and would have no hesitation to recommend them to others.”

“Their website was easy to use. They sent me samples as requested quickly in a great little box. The order process was really good, it was delivered within the time stated. The delivery guys were friendly and helpful and demonstrated my new sofa bed. Overall extremely happy with the whole purchase experience”

“Great, everything went well. The only communication I was missing was the email confirming expecting delivery date. Apart from that all good. Delivery went well, guys assembled the sofa, demonstrated how to use it and took all the rubbish away with them. Definitely recommend and considering to order with them again”

“Great company; when I ordered a box in a different fabric to the samples I had ordered, they immediately sent a sample of that fabric (without asking). Excellent communication throughout, and most of all, we are very pleased with the product, which is beautifully made and looks great.”

“As I was buying a sofa bed online, I did a lot of research into quality and comfort, and Willow and Hall came out top- I wanted extra reassurance and advice to called my order in, and had a very helpful and knowledgeable young man help me. Delivery was prompt and they were able to get the sofa in the room without a scratch- it's gorgeous- great material, shape and superb finish and quality- a very solid, long lasting purchase!”

“From placing my order to delivery the service was amazing. I loved the fact there is so much choice in fabric, fillings etc. The most important point is I love my new sofa and would definitely order from willow and hall again, hopefully not too soon”
