“We found the showrooms excellent everything well displayed and documented. The staff were equally excellent in the way that they helped us. They answered our questions and made helpful suggestions. The postcard photos were an inspiration and made the task of choosing much easier. Now that we have the sofas delivered we are sure that we made the right choice not just the design but Wllow and Hall”

“Brilliant service from start to finish. I ordered 2 Cosy Packs to ensure I chose the right material and colour, these came promptly. When I ordered the bed, I realised I?d be away when it was due for delivery, the team couldn?t have been more attentive or helpful to get it to me on my requested day. The delivery guys rang me before they arrived and where in and out in 10 mins. The bed is beautiful!”

“They were helpful with advice as my house has some narrow access points,. The delivery was prompt and I was given a time slot. The delivery men were very efficient and competent, explaining everything and assembling the sofa bed very swiftly. The sofa is good quality and looked as I expected.”

“Great product, helpful staff in showroom and smooth delivery. The only thing that went wrong was W&H messed up the firtst delivery date, but they rebooked for the following day so it was not a big problem.”

“A bit daft to have to put a star rating to start with as disappointingly the 3-seat sofa bed wouldn't go up the stairs so it is coming back. However the guys were really trying their best and I wouldn't in any way blame them. What should have happened though was when I ordered a 3 seater that the next question should have been what dimensions my stairs were in terms of turn and height to ceiling. That would have saved them a lot of effort and although I have no timing issues with this to worry about that might not be true of other customers. Please do think about asking for photos and dimensions as part of the package for this particular item.”

“Everything worked as it should do, but rarely does these days. The staff in the shop in Chiswick were really helpful and knowledgeable. The ordering online was very straightforward. The delivery came as promised after 4-5 weeks. The sofas are great. I?m so glad I bought from you. Thank you.”

“Overall, very professional and courteous service. Delivery team arrived promptly as promised and were efficient and polite getting the sofas in place taking away all packaging, The selection process for the sofas was great and easy to do over the phone, with samples being dispatched in a timely manner.”

“The whole experience of buying has been excellent from visiting their marvellous showroom to being advised exactly when the furniture was being delivered. The joy of having such a good allocated time slot rather than the usual 'anytime between.....' splendid. The sofa bed is lovely and has been admired by everyone!”

“The beautiful sofabed arrived quickly and expertly installed. As a spare bed in a relatively small room , it is ideal for guests and also doubles as a comfortable sofa. It was purchased online after initially receiving swatches. Customer service was excellent and we were especially delighted with the price and free delivery”
