“ I cannot fault the customer service from start to finish which was always polite and helpful. The sofa arrived within the expected time and the delivery team were great. The sofa appears to be well made and looks good in my lounge, but I would have preferred it slightly deeper for comfort. However, as the measurements were accurate, I take responsibility for this. Overall I would recommend Willow and Hall. ”
