“Wonderful experience at the showroom where I was helped very much by the lady there. I received my order on time and the sofa and armchair are a delight. The delivery was an hour outside of the 2 hour slot so this is reason not 5 stars.”

“Lovely and helpful staff on the phone and I did a very good showroom video appointment as I live too far away from the showroom. Was skeptical but did work very well. Delighted with my sofa bed, exactly as hoped.”

“I treated myself to a new king size bed from Willow and Hall when I moved house (our first ‘proper’ furniture purchase) and I’m so glad we decided to spend a bit more for something that looks really special. I’ve always had metal bed frames or Ikea jobbies in the past which did what I needed but never felt like a focal point in the room. Now I’ve got my big bedstead with all the quilting and scrolling my bedroom looks like it belongs in a country manor and I love coming home to it now! Quality has been great, especially as I had to take a leap of faith and order online without seeing it as they only had a few models in the showroom. Really pleased I went for it!”

“I ordered a Wishford sofa and armchair after I saw the sofa in a magazine and fell in love! They didn’t have the sofa in the showroom but they had the armchair so I got to see that and put the different fabrics on it. I like the yellow velvet in the picture I saw so I ended up choosing a velvet but in a dark blue (I wasn’t bold enough for the yellow!) The people in the showroom were lovely and I felt really at ease placing my order. They gave me an estimated delivery date but it did take one week longer than they said to get to me but was definitely worth the wait. My living room looks amazing now and I’ve had so many compliments!”

“I bought a sofa bed from Willow and Hall a few years ago and it’s been brilliant, so decided to go back to order my new bed. The main thing I liked back when choosing my sofa bed was the range of fabrics and they have even more now! I visited the showroom because I like seeing the big piece of each fabric as it helps me envision how it might look on the bed frame. They didn’t have the styles I liked from their website in the store, but seeing the fabrics was useful and the shop assistant was really helpful in helping me envision what the style I liked might look like. Bed is now in place and looks top notch and I still think I chose the right fabric - thank you Willow and Hall!”

“My wife and I visited the store in Chiswick and the chap who served us was extremely helpful, opening multiple sofa beds, changing cushions and bringing different fabrics as we went back and forth with our decisions. Eventually we settled on one and placed the order with him. We received the delivery call as promised just over a month later, but we weren’t able to accept the first delivery as both my wife and myself work. Luckily she was able to take a morning off the following week to accept the sofa bed which we’re very happy with. I’ve given 4 stars because I would have liked more delivery options but this only delayed us receiving the sofa bed by a week and we’re pleased now it’s arrived.”

“Sofa bed is lovely and very comfortable to sleep on. Velvet fabric has already had a spill on but came out easily so the stain resistant claim is impressive and works! Thank god! Happy with the service and product received.”

“Great sofa bed at a reasonable price. Pricier than others I looked at but looked better quality. Mattress is comfortable. Fabric is stain resistant but not had reason to test yet. Overall very happy.”
