“From the first point of contact the customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were very patient, not pushy and made us feel that our needs were important. We were. Given very clear information our delivery and the when our product was delivered the staff were very professional and took the time to provide an explanation for regarding product care. We were very pleased with the quality of the sofa bed which is very comfortable.”

“I bought on line; staff were very knowledgeable & helpful. Sample fabrics arrived quickly. The waiting period was as anticipated and the delivery staff were courteous and correct. I could not be better pleased with the sofa which has been admired by all my visitors.”

“The whole process was very smooth and easy. We placed our order online and received a confirmation phone call the next day. This was to confirm the details of our order and to check on any potential delivery location problems - parking restrictions, narrow streets etc. W & H kept us informed through the production process and emailed when the sofa was ready for delivery. The delivery guys emailed to confirm delivery date and estimated arrival time. They phoned when they were close. Sofa was delivered to chosen room and all packaging removed.”
