“Asking questions and ordering the product was easy, but delivery was poor. After much chasing over quite a period of time, it was finally delivered with just 10 minutes notice by a lorry driver on his own - it's a good thing we were home, and fit enough to help him manhandle it into the house, as there was no way he could have shifted a 3-seater sofabed by himself!”

“W&H have service far beyond their competitors. We unfortunately had to return our sofa as it didn't work in our lounge. W&H took it back for free which Im sure many companies wouldn't do. They also have a nice small company feel. Thoroughly recommend”

“Its a great company and the customer service is excellent. Just one or two things made me question if in fact I should rate it as Excellent as some things I was not satisfied with fully. But they were very small issues.”
