“Great Service in store - helped me to make a purchase or the correct sofa for me and my family and really loving it. Delivery service was also great. from notifying arrival time to speed and easy of installation - took time to ensure I know how the sofa bed came out and went back.”

“Our new sofabed is exactly what we wanted. The colour and fabric are superb and the bed is very comfy and so easy to fold out and back again. Customer service was excellent and they even sent a fabric sample before i requested one to make sure i was ordering the right thing. Delivery was easy too and delivery men demonstrated the bed and were very friendly. Price was good too. A superb experience.”

“The whole experience was excellent - the website was easy to manage and choosing the various options. I was unable to come to showroom as I live n Birmingham but I was able to ask questions on the phone with staff who were very helpful so ordering on line was easy. I was kept updated on delivery and the sofabed was delivered on time. Your delivery men and assemblers were without question were exemplary and couldn't do enough for us. It was good to see the unit being assembled and see the quality of the product. I would definitely buy other products from you. Thank you all so much. My husband is disabled and a full time wheelchair user and helpful and efficient service is much appreciated.”

“Unfortunately the original delivery date could not be met, hence four rather than five stars. However I was most impressed by the professionalism of the delivery team. They were both helpful and efficient. I am very pleased with the sofa bed which is beautifully made and very comfortable.”
