“Great service but, because I ordered online, I perhaps would have liked more honest advice, that being that I did not really need removable arms as my sofa had teeny arms anyway. Not something I would have picked up on, hope they might have pointed that out. Apart from that, truly excellent service...”

“I was pleased with the sofa which was delivered on time. The drivers explained how to operate it once installed in the bedroom. One slight critism was the smell of adhesive? when unpacked but after a few days of airing this has disappeared. I look forward to using it for visitors soon.”

“Outstanding customer service! I loved the personal touch; a phone call to check that I was happy with my order and a sample delivered quickly - thought the tea bag in the same was hilarious! Delivery was exceptionally easy, well probably not for the delivery men who delivered the sofa up four flights of stair!”

“Telephone staff were friendly and very helpful and they remember who you are if you need to call again. Delivery staff were also excellent. Assembled the sofa and gave instructions on how to care for it. Overall an excellent experience.”
