“Very good quality sofa bed, easy to order and excellent customer service. Delivery drivers were extremely helpful showing how the product worked and took all packaging away. Would use again”

“We were delighted with the help and information we were given when we visited your showroom earlier this year. The sofa bed arrived exactly when promised, and was put together by the two young men who brought it. We still havenít used it as a bed but we are sure it will be as promised”

“I found the lady in the showroom in Chiswick (Ros) enormously helpful - nothing was too much trouble for her and she spent a long time with me choosing the right sofa, mattress , fabric and even colour ! The delivery service was excellent and flexible given that they had to work around my 90 year old father's hours which changed a couple of times - plus delivery to the top of a very tall narrow London house. Again, everyone concerned was charming and seemed keen to be as helpful as possible. I'm afraid that the bed itself hasn't been used yet but the sofa is certainly very comfortable and we are extremely happy to recommend Willow and Hall ... we made the right choice !”

“Good range of sofa bed's and helpful staff. The sofa bed that I bought was delivered on time and assembled in mo time with little disruption . The bed has been used a number of times and all that have used it have commented on how comfortable it was.”

“The product is fine but we were disappointed when the original 3 seater bed-settee ordered wouldn't go round the bend up the stairs. We had measured everything else but not been warned that this could be a problem so had to send it back and replace the order with a smaller two seater. We were told this happens quite often. However It fits the room fine and is comfortable. Be warned to measure all stair spaces that it will pass.”

“I am delighted with the sofa bed. It is in my study giving me a very comfortable place to take calls and it is available for guests. The design is modern and the fabric is very easy to keep looking good. Excellent value for money”

“We have the small sofa bed. It appears to be well made and finished. Easy to open out into a bed, but sometimes a little awkward to convert back into a sofa, even with the instructions.”

“Wanted a deep mattress sofa bed. Showroom had a great selection. Very good quality memory foam mattress. Lovely material and well made. Everyone says how comfortable it is. Would definitely recommend this company.”

“We spent much of a Sunday last year looking at, sitting on and laying on, sofa beds, and agonizing over fabrics before deciding on the model. We needed delivery of the sofa bed before Christmas, and the company managed to get it to us around 23rd December. All the staff in the showroom, on the phone, and delivering and assembling the bed, were excellent, and we are very pleased with the outcome.”

“An extremely good quality settee. I was particularly impressed with the bed, which is comfortable and easy to open and close. The colour and fabric are beautiful, but there is only one thing I'd mention. That is the fabric, matt velvet, is very slippery, which causes the arm protectors to slide off annoyingly. Otherwise I recommend this company. The delivery men were marvellous.”
