“The entire experience of dealing with such a highly professional business was most rewarding. The literature was first class, my showroom visit was a great experience and the lady who look after me was a splendid ambassador for Willow. She had excellent taste and gave very sound advice, was not slightest bit 'pushy' and last but not least I love the sofa bed, and the crew who delivered and fitted it were also very pleasant, helpful and perfect ambassadors. Sorry to go on, but I have been in Marketing and promotion all my life, so I know what I am talking about! This is a really well run quality Company and I am obliged to my daughter who introduced them to me. Brian A Clarke”

“This is not the first time I've bought from W&H. Their service is excellent. Every member of staff I dealt with from ordering to delivery was pleasant and helpful. The quality of the sofas are wonderful and they were made and delivered within the time promised. Prices good too”

“Friendly, efficient, caring and great value for money. We went to Chiswick showroom to consider fold down bed options and ended up with 2 sofas, 2 occasional chairs and an L shap sofa- sofa bed. Lovely tea while buying!”

“I thought the service was good; good level of communication and the delivery lads were efficient and fairly thorough; they left me with the unpacking; which was quite awkward and heavy work and a little help with this would have been most welcome, before they shot off for home ! But, overall, a good service and product.”

“From choosing the fabric to delivery was exact to dates and timing. Pleased with sofa but wish I had chosen a sofa with edged -piped cushions as that would give a good shape look, although would still choose soft cushioning. Very helpful team including delivery men....overall good value and would recommend.”

“Great service. Got a call from customer services a couple of days after the order to confirm all the details and go through the choices we made to make sure it is appropriate and book in a delivery date. Received another call a week before the delivery to make sure date and time is still fine. Arrived on time and with all packaging in tact. The guys were in and out in 15mins.”
