“We are really delighted with the sofa bed we bought from Willow and Hall recently. It has already been used as a bed for guests and was just perfect. We were very impressed with all their service, starting from the efficient and courteous help in their London showroom. Then when the bed arrived the men delivering arrived on time and they couldn't have been more helpful. we will certainly recommend this company to our friends.”

“Apart from the fact that it took longer that the anticipated 6 weeks to get our sofa bed delivered due to an issue with the material, everything else was good. Staff are very helpful and polite. We are very happy with the finished product and would use Willow and Hall again in the future.”

“Very helpful delivery men. On the day they let me know what time they were arriving and carried out set up efficiently and cleanly. Sofa looks stylish in the sitting room and sofa bed option easy to use. Staff contacted pre-order helpful and friendly. The only niggle was only getting less than one day's notice of delivery and a slight difference in information between showroom staff and delivery team”

“Excellent service. Very usable web site and the staff at the showroom were both really friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery was offered on the day originally promised and when I asked to reschedule, my request was accommodated without fuss. The delivery itself was efficient and careful. The extra fabric I ordered at the same time was delivered to my upholsterer quickly and correctly. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the sofa bed I purchased is excellent and very comfortable, both as a sofa and as a bed.”

“The customer service team from Willow and Hall were very good and helpful. There was very little communication from when I placed the order to when it was delivered (and took slightly longer than the 4-5 weeks initially stated) and I did start to worry so I had to chase it a couple of times.”

“We decided and purchased online. After this we were contacted to be asked if we had ordered a material sample before the purchase. We hadn't and one arrived soon afterwards - we were happy with it. The delivery and installation was problem free.”

“Helpful staff and good sample service to help choose material. Delivered in stated time slot to upstairs bedroom. The Appley is an excellent design for a comfortable sofa bed that takes up little space.”

“The staff in the showroom were disinterested. The delivery service was disorganised and couldnt give me an delivery date til a few days before which makes planning a nightmare. The delivery men however were wonderful and couldn?t have been more helpful”

“Great Product and certainly the best we have seen in sofa bed design across a range of manufacturers. Really good customer service and a very good sales room in Chiswick where you can try the product and see the full range of materials and designs - well worth a visit.”
