“WISH.com is a THEFT they took my money £312 and my orders and i got nothing.they are absolutely disgusting with no conscience at all even their customer service is useless...PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY OR RECOMMEND THIS SITE IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET STRESS. WISH IS A THEFT WITH NO CONSCIENCE....”

“Absoulete rubbish I've never shopped online I finally decide let's try and see what online shopping is all about.instead of throwing $250 on poker machine I wish I did I wouldn't even give these things to the homeless pair of running shoes broke cause the shoelace strap wasn't even a strap plastic further more some jumpers for running yuk the only thing that I wa t from them now is the camera that took the photos of these items cause it deffinalty fooled me never again wish🤙”

“This website is VERY bad. They have sellers who sell misleading, totally defective products, that will not work for you. Then they will never refund or even apologize. As an example, i bought two Mummy and me dresses from them. The seller claimed dresses are cotton. They are not. They are pure synthetic (after I received them in almost 2 months after placing the order). On top of that, Mother's dress is defective, having a hole, and badly made. And one of the sleeves leaves a deep scar-looking trace on my arm, as the ribbon is too tight even for a baby arm. I had the trace for 2 days after taking the dress off!! It's an injury!! Around the same time, I ordered the shoes from that website (not knowing HOW bad they are yet). The shoes came in a separate package after the defective dresses. Needless to say, instead of a claimed 'leather' the shoes were synthetic. On top of that, it's impossible to connect them in any way to a foot. Seriously. I was not able to make a single step in them. They are created not for humans. I don't know how they could come up with such construction and configuration, but the shoes are not functioning. Nobody even apologized, not talking about giving a refund to me. Misleading, counterfeit, wrong website, awful products, terrible customer service.”

“They don’t deliver product then act like it’s your fault, tracking is from China and ends in Australian customs. Doesn’t supply further tracking It’s a scam. Customer service automated responses just ignore you.”

“WISH is too too fun. Filled with cool stuff. They are quick, but I have used WISH going on 2 yrs. without any problems. Shipping is high & they are not a "luxury" brand but so far so good.”

“wish is a bad company …there refund or cancel policy is so fact or it for ever for then to refund you or cancel any item and you have deal with AI to get any answer from them and it takes 3 day to get a answer i would not even waste my time on this company ever , buy form amazon or eBay you will get better quality and service and be so much happy”

“I have received refunds from items not up to standard, only had 1 issue when a jkt was too small and didn't get a refund so had to gave it away! However it has been mainly positive with there customer services, however remember this is a discount platform and you get what you pay for!”

“I supposed to receive the item by April 23rd (Money Back Guarantee) Per Wish's policy, if my item isn't delivered by the maximum delivery date, Wish would give me a full refund. They are refusing to give my money back. I still haven't received the item. It is very difficult to reach them, and by email they copy and paste the same answers over and over again. I've already posted my complaint on Complain.biz”

“Bruh why do people want Wish to get taken down? They just host stuff, not make them. They do not make those iPhone 12 ripoff stuff, and it is hard for them to directly contact the factories that make these products. Wish is just like eBay. eBay has lots of scan products that don't work, but wish has a lot of cheaper products. It's really important you don't buy electronics because they're a bit or miss (usually miss), and buy the ones with good reviews. Seriously, stop complaining when it's your fault for using the website to buy obvious scams. The website itself isn't the problem there are many fake products, you are the problem because you don't pay attention and are ignorant.”
