“Credit card charged without my authorisation. One email thread 27 long, another 24, and last 8 before I my account was blocked. Not interested in refund, or any genuine customer service. Don’t use!!”

“I've been waiting over a month and a half of the first thing I ordered no one told me it was coming from the other side of the world or how long it would take they put a truck on top with wings make it think fast shipping I called Bull on that one worst app ever upon receiving stuff will delete immediately”

“I personally have been ordering from Wish for 2 + years and have NEVER had issues with them. Great prices just don't understand why their shipping charges are so high. I guess it is to offset the low price of the product. There can be a long wait time for most things since they come from China, but I am aware of that and lately they have been exceptionally fast with deliveries from there too. I know a lot of people worry about their credit card info but I use PayPal and have never had issue. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on cart and shipping. Just make sure you read entire description for each product for size and amounts. Then you wont be disappointed.”

“Do not buy from Wish. Ordered bathroom tissue and got 12 rolls so tiny that they all fit in ridiculously small package. They are comical Chinese rolls maybe for doll house. Don't say I did not warn you.”

“This company is a scam! I ordered a product on March 8 by March 12 they said it was delivered. I instantly reached out and told them it was not delivered. They said sometimes there system does that just wait for it. So I did and still nothing. I reached out again but now it says it was delivered to my office and signed by Seth. My what? By who? I live in a house. There is no office. There is no Seth. I also have 12 cameras in use. Nothing was delivered. I contacted them again and they keep saying. It was delivered to your office. Never happened. They will not fix it or even give my money back. This company is a scam and deserves to be closed down. This is not the only issue with them. The products they are selling are not what shows up. Sham on them. They lost a good honest customer. I tried to resolve and show proof but all I get is computer generated responses. I even tried insulting them and they still do not address the issues. Garage people. Do not buy from them!!!”

“Another complaint! Wish I'd seen this before ordering from wish.com. A total scam, ordered a Halloween costume at the start of October 2019 expecting it to arrive before the big day. It's now the end of April 2020 and still waiting! After contacting wish "customer service" (LOL!), they said they were "working hard" to get my delivery, but now it's too late because it's past their 30 days refund policy! I don't want a refund, I want the item! Now PayPal wont refund either because it's more than 6 months past the transaction date. They made all sorts of excuses, and clearly have no idea why the item was never sent. Even after providing the transaction details and other info on several times they clearly do not read or comprehend English as they asked me the same thing over and over and I provided the same information over and over. Smash your head on a brick wall, they're a bunch of thieves. DO NOT BUY FROM WISH.COM!!!”

“Item shown on the product detail show the full mask and shield. The item cost only $40 in Amazon for both, however not avail as of this time. Wish sold it for $47 but only the replacement shield arrived which only cost $18 in Amazon and charging for $47!. Item sold is very deceiving and a scam. The photo also shows clear polycarbonate and the one received is tinted shield only. Don't Order from Wish. And if you return, you will be charged shipping fee which is very high and pay for the return shipment as well. The full mask is on their website. The tinted replacement shield only arrived. SCAM”

“If I could give you a zero I would! I put in an order of over a hundred dollars, when it came to "checking out" a big, oops there's a problem with your payment! There's no reason in the world my payment should not have gone through! I even got an alert from my cc company making sure it was me! You have absolutely no customer service to speak to! So, I canceled my order and uninstalled your app! You lost what could have been a good customer!”

“I've been asking them why they have the same item, but two (2) different prices. They just keep telling me because of manufacturers and size. They refuse to really read what I'm asking. It's like all they're doing is copying and pasting the response. The EXACT same wallet but different prices. I'm not sure what is so hard for them to understand about my question. The same response keeps coming back.”

“I contacted customer service on several occasions for myself as well as on behalf of a friend. Support never wrote back. Neither of our orders never arrived with purchases as far back as 1 1/2 months. The company is a scam according to the bank and they will no longer accept charges on the part of Wish. They are performing charge backs for our orders to refund our money since customer support will not acknowledge our complaints.”

“I've ordered from them before and while they are slow getting it to you, I've been satisfied. Put today they send me a message with computer generated answers to a lame WISH ASSISTANT chat that I never saw until it was over and done with, saying that I requested WISH CASH for orders that THEY failed to send me. Then the message said they couldn't refund my money because "the refund window for this item CLOSED on June 20, 2020" It's APRIL 24th, 2020! The message: Notice the dates! (Assistant Wish) >>> Hi Donald, I'm Wish's support assistant! >>> Thanks for reaching out. >>> Here's the latest tracking info I have: >>> Arriving+by+Nov+22,+2019 >>> Have you received this item? >>> We're sorry about that. Unfortunately, the refund window for this item closed on Jun 4, 2020. >>> What would you like to do? >>> Although your request is beyond our refund policy, for this time, we're happy to make an exception and offer you Wish Store Credit (Wish Cash) equal to the purchase amount. It will be instantly available to use towards any purchase on Wish. “I've been very satisfied with my purchased. I've mostly bought things like phone chargers, kitchen stuff like canisters, storage boxes, slippers, etc. and have been very happy with the quality given the very cheap prices. It does take 3-4 weeks to deliver. I also always look at ratings and reviews to make sure other users have liked the item. If the item doesn't arrive on time (has happened on some occasions) or is not up to the quality, Wish customer support has always refunded the money. The first time i used wish i didn’t know whether to trust so i decided to pay the least possible with this code: ( yltwdyp ), till 50% off on total cart.”
