“Paid for the item, only £14 to Wish.com with paypal, 'wish' said it would send me an Email when it was sent. After two weeks nothing, so I checked the original email from them and opened the 'Tracking' and a message said I had been refunded, with no explanation and no way of contacting them. I clicked on 'accept refund' and the email disappeared completely, not even in the mail trash. Checked Paypay but no refund and no parcel, that was the last I heard from them. If you've had a similar experience and paid with Paypal you need to go into your paypal account and delete 'Wish' from it. Wish.com is a scam and should be closed down.”

“Delivery is slow. Over 35 days. Price was fair. In process of trying to return and get a refund. Very difficult to deal with. In my effort to get a return authorization they have stalled and sent me five emails trying to get me to keep the product by accepting a 20% discount. With resistance, they have now sent me a return authorization but of course, I pay the return postage. Oh and today I received another package for the same product. Just pitiful service.”

“I made multiple orders a couple days ago. Nothing appears in my account, as if I made no purchases. My credit card verifies the charges. Where is my order history? I expect to see it. It should be visible. Step up your game, Wish! That was 20 days ago and I have not heard back. I'm still seeing charges on my credit cards but I can't verify them on Wish. I guess I just dispute each one since they won't cooperate. Stay away people, stay away. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, don't be as gullible as I was.”

“I urge you DO NOT USE WISH MERCHANT!! I HAVE FULFILLED QUITE A FEW ORDERS ON WISH for which I did get proof of postage but did not ship with tracking because it’s too expensive to ship outside of the UK with a tracking number which would price my product out of the marketplace. A fact I’ve explained to wish. They are now refusing to pay me 4 months later saying to avoid this situation you need to post with tracking! Is this a joke? I am out of pocket both for my product and postage and wish has refused to pay me, it’s beggars belief that a company can wield such power! DO NOT USE WISH!”

“I ordered a double bed couch bed from Wish. The title, the description and photos reflected the double bed I ordered until the day the item shipped. On the day the item was shipped, the entire listing was changed. I am trying to return it for a refund and was told a return label was sent to my email. I have not received the return label, and they expect me to pay return shipping even though my dissatisfaction is due to their dishonesty. The Customer Support keeps insisting that they correctly fulfilled the order even though I have a photo that shows the item I ordered was different than the one currently listed. Steer clear of this company. They have sellers who are liars, cheaters and thieves.”

“They sent my items to the wrong address and are now refusing to give a refund. The customer service is just an automated bot and even when a person replies they don’t even bother reading your message. Avoid at all cost. I’m never touching that app again.”

“WISH I’d never dealt with them...They’re terrible! They promise delivery of items they don’t ship, then ignore your claims for the goods or a refund! My order 5fbad56ddab9c16f305d685a never came and they ignored my request for a replacement. No refund, nothing! They’re crooks!!!!”

“I first visited Wish.com today, not knowing what it was, other than for the fact that it sold an item I was looking for. I was looking for a good deal and the offer showed a high quality item with a good price. However, the price increased after selecting a model, with the inital price being for a sold out model. In order to buy I was forced to register, after which the price for the item increased significantly (by about 100%) for no reason. Apparently the initial prices are fake to lure people in and then are replaced by the much higher actual prices, which might even go unnoticed. Then there is the shipping, 10€ in my case. Considering it will take one or even multiple months, this price is ludicrous. So they scam you with the prices, which seem low but in the end aren't. Luckily I haven't actually bought it, so I won't have to deal with failing attempts to return a malfunctioning ripoff item that arrives 3 months late. I was also considering adding a 1€ special offer item to the cart, which you can get once every time you shop, but as far as I've seen it is either unavailable, or the company will charge you a full price like 25€ even though they say it's 1€.”

“it is chines app and scammers for both shoppers and sellers ,I send some product to them to their address to sell it but they steal it and did not get back to me, I send them DHL tracking but they did not replay back , absolutely scammers”
