“About a month ago I had looked at wish at put a few items in my basket but left it because I decided I didn’t want it, a month on I was charged for these items without even processing the order!! Complete scam and disgusting that this can even happen! (My card was saved onto the account from previous purchase)”

“Poor customer service and you may select one option, but you are sent something else. When bringing it to their attention, they then say if you want a refund you will send it back at your cost even though it is not what you ordered. If I could give a zero I would.”

“This is a scam company. I have never recieved my item. I contacted customer support 5 times and they told me I got my item even though I never recieved it. Horrible customer service!!. Back to amazon for me!!”

“So far every thing I have ordered and received has been of good quality and good a price. I have had no damaged packages or broken items. Thank goodness !! Because that might be a big problem when trying to contact a real person at customer service, for help because that is Non existing !! I don't care for the long waiting time between ordering and receiving the items. I do like every thing I have ordered & received. Biggest problem with wish is customer service - even refunds are a pita !! Customer service is extremely lousy !!”

“Purchased 2prs. of shoes thru wish app the price was for 8.99 on sale each.when i finalyzed the purchase,they charged me regular price,16.99 each.will never buy from the again.also the of one of the prs. was a different shade.the shoe in picture showed a denim color.when i received merch. they were darker.”

“Thought I was ordering decent product with reasonable delivery time. Assured would ship in three days. Did not say from China!! Now inform me might be another month or so before I receive purchase that I should be using now. Glad did not pay too much. Totally worthless. Should have done my homework.”

“Slow shipping. Even express shipping is often late. Products are a toss up for quality, some good some defective. Return process is fairly quick and easy. But, comparison shopping can often find better pricing with faster shipping. Not a staple site. Product reviews on the site are terribly inaccurate.”

“Adds are misleading about process times and no country of origin information. Gives you a "Process date" estimate but without any other information. Can't get any help through web site, just "stock" answers. Customer service sucks. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.”

“After copious emails, the problem has not been resolved. Charges for two orders have been processed on the credit card. Items have not been received. Wish requires order information, eg. transaction numbers, tracking numbers, etc. which were never received for either order. Do not order from WISH.”

“Everything about it is wrong! Still waiting for delivery on several items I ordered. The ones 4 received are not at all as picture on the website! Others I got and email saying they were not available and my refund would go back on my card! Well that was in February and I'm still waiting!!! Emailed them about it and got some nonsensical response! Sent another email got the same stupid response!”

“I stupidly didn't do my research on this company and got scammed big time. I ordered a water distillation machine and on the day it was to arrive I sat in the living room all day watching/waiting for my package. Checked on the website and the UPS site and it said delivered. No one ever came to my door with a package. The Wish company said that since there was an 'electronic' proof of delivery that was good enough for them. I tried to dispute it through Paypal, and they sided with Wish. I am now having to do battle with UPS to get my money back. I hate dishonest people almost as much as I hate liars. This company will not protect its customers and takes the seller's word at face value with no real proof of delivery. If you order with them consider it a donation, because you will never see the merchandise that you order. I really "WISH" that I had done my research and gone with a more trustworthy/reputable store.”
