“The product I ordered showed photos of a 2XU compression shirt. The product that arrived was a fake brand and far from 2XU in quality. Last time I use Wish.”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with. Wrong goods; no attempt to accept returns, useless and untruthful response to customer service enquiries. Utterly incompetent and deceitful. Might as well be a scam. Should be banned from advertising.”

“Aren’t there any lawyers out there who want to start a class action lawsuit against them? They do so many shady and I’m willing to bet illegal things. I ordered things that were never sent and was only refunded the amount of the product. No refund for shipping or VAT. So, this is concerning. Also, when I ordered it, it was one price, but then the price changed and I was not able to back out of the purchase. This is fraud. Others see it too. I am not the only one. I read the reviews and speak to people I know about it. It is really only barely legit. Come on law people. This is a class action ready suit with loads of proof and no disclaimers or fine print that I have found that state they can commit fraud or theft.”

“I had a bad experienced with the seller, from faults advertising to no help from the supporters. It was scam, please be careful when you order from this company. They never offer that I will let the seller in touch with you nor to make it right. Very poor service.”

“Misrepresentation: Ordered 200mm caliper advertised in the Google list and received a 150mm caliper. Pointed out the error and sent a copy of the order to Wish. They replied saying that I had received what I ordered. Clearly, if you can get away with it then that is all that matters.”

“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they advertise easy returns within 30 days...there is nothing easy about their return process. I ordered slip covers for my kitchen bar stools, to be fair they did arrive but we didn't like them. Contacting the company is a joke, its all automated. After numerous messages they finally said " We are sorry you are not pleased with your order, we hope you will be happier next time. THERE WILL DEFINITELY NOT BE A NEXT TIME!!”

“Absolutely extremely poor contact support. This team is charging me a monthly subscription without me being registered to any and refusing to provide a refund. I have been trying to contact them months now to resolve the issue and they are not resolving it or helping or even knowing that needs to happen. Total frauds and will report legally on this instance.”

“I submitted 4 orders for some dog toys. One was for a pack of three (received) and three separate orders for single toys (1 received). It took a really long time to receive the toys I did get and then I received notices saying everything was delivered. No they were not. Two items have still not been received but Wish says they were delivered so they will not make restitution. I will never order anything from this website and I warn everyone to think long and hard before spending money on this site.”

“Is there a way to give this business LESS than 1 star? How about a NEGATIVE 5 stars? After reading other reviews, I see that we were not the first to be scammed. Our order (over $200 in clothing) was was not delivered When we contacted the company, they asked for additional information, which we provided. Then they asked for different information, which we provided. Then after more than four different exchanges over several months we were eventually told that we only had 30 days to request a refund. They completely scammed us. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and anywhere else possible to prevent these crooks from continuing to operate.”

“The rc plane I purchased was missing a motor. When I tried to return the unopened plane and parts, they told me I had to have kept the label. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM WISH EVER AGAIN!”

“Being charged for something I didnt even order. DO NOT keep your card details on file. Unfortunately I did not realise mine were stored & now I am getting rubbish I did not order, nor want. I will try to get a refund but I am not hopeful seing the comments of other reviews. Will definitely be deleting my account.”

“Please do not buy anything from this company, I bought few items worth £154 & Golf shoes never arrived all other items came from China Ordered Medium & it was very small very bad quality, I tried two months to return but automated massages it’s biggest Scam . I was so disappointed that Facebook allowing this company for their platform. C.K.Patel”

“Buyer BEWARE!!! I only WISH I saw this site sooner. This is a fraudulent and terrible ordering site. They have terrible support and I am about to cut my losses of about $47 which is more than what I expected to pay or what the item is worth. Not only did it take a longer time to receive but return is impossible. They set up the account so that your order can't be found and expect you to follow instructions to return by searching for the item under the order history that is either a broken link or is not listed there. So they tell you to contact support. I have done this numerous times and each has given me the same BS. Meanwhile, as they prolong the help and unsuccessful return process, the window of time for a return is running out to their advantage. BEWARE and avoid the headache and regret. Otherwise , you'll WISH you had.”

“Poor form! Ordered on 21st March! Expected delivery 2nd April! Informed delivery was 11th April? Which was 6 days ago? Needed item by 19th April? Can't see that happening! Not happy!! Unable to verify complaint, terrible customer support! Will not shop with Wish ever again!!!!!!”

“Waited a full MONTH to receive a wonderful purse then discovered they'd sent the WRONG color. Customer service is HORRIBLE unless you download the app. Had no intention of ever ordering from them again so didn't get app. They refused to answer questions thru email and their customer support chat system is a sham. The posted phone number on their website is useless, only tells you to refer to the app. Discourage anyone from buying from them.”

“Wish isntn't a serious retailer. Didn't honored more than 60% of the total order. Customer support is a basic robot machine who does not let yoy choose any option in order to solve your issue. Will not buy anymore.”

“It takes forever to receive an item from them to begin with, many items don't even fit when you go by their chart. I placed an order last year and simply forgot about it (it happens with wish) I went back to my order history and realized that I did not receive 2 items that were placed. It showed Estimated time of October 2020. I contacted them and asked if I could either get my items or a refund since I have not received anything. This is the reply they gave me via e-mail "As you may know, customers may request a refund on an order within 30 days of delivery of the item. Or if the item did not arrive, within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. While you may have contacted us initially within this timeframe, we required additional information from you in order to investigate your request. As we did not hear from you within the allocated timeframe, we are no longer able to offer you a refund." They will not send me the items I purchased, nor will they refund me and that is what I consider thievery.”
