“AVOID AT ALL COSTS Unless you want poor quality items, have 3 months to spare waiting for item to arrive and money to waste - if that’s the case then order directly from cheap Asian based sites and cut out the middle man : namely WISH. I WISH I had read the reviews before I ordered, instead I was left with items which were nothing like the advertised picture which I waited months for, some items never arrived and they refused to refund - absolutely useless customer service. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR”

“Its clear they are not professional.. I wish I had read these other reviews before I spent this money. They never delivered a table, when i tried to follow up over several weeks it kept saying, order in process, I could find out. Then after 6 weeks, I finally got the message they were out of stock. I ordered £104. When I have tried to contact for support, impossible to get answered. Asked for a refund. They have given me credit to order something else, I have tried to complain. this has gone on for over 5 weeks. I simply wanted a refund, I am pursuing this, not sure what else to do”

“Do not order from these thiefs... Wish says it may take a little longer to save money But they never delivered my item... I waited months and then asked for refund and was refused! Do Not Order From Wish They are Crooks!”

“Ordered an 'It Clown' tee shirt. Received a 'Batman Joker' tee shirt. Customer service intentionally stupid. Apparently they sent the correct item because its black!! It says it all when one of the options is 'Nevermind'.”

“My experience with WISH Com is in most cases negative: - quality of goods in a lot of cases is low - 5-7% of orders are not delivered, in 50% of such cases refund is not done - in most cases you are not able to track your order, see your orders in pipeline, see your order history - Support Team is useless - No Quality Control procedure is implemented I don't recommend to deal with WISH Com”
