“They are crooks! I did not receive a single item! I am writting this to warn people from not ordering from them. I ordered just 30 euro, it was the first time and if it were ok, i would have ordered more. BUT NO WAY! SO STAY FROM THEM! I wish i never trusted WISH, and someone else would have been kind enough to tell me this.”

“Wish repeatedly increased the prices on my items right before I fully check-out and confirmed my purchase of several items. Two of the items where supposed to be extraordinary deals: e.g., a jacket for "$.50," and a pair of shoes for "$.50"...! But, as just a bait and switch scam, Wish raised the price of the jacket to almost $50.00 during final checkout; other prices on the lower-priced items were suddenly raised a bit; and moreover, after I unwarily completed the purchase anyway, I later received an email that the "$.50 shoes" were supposedly "not processed" early enough by Wish to actually honor such price, whereby I was offered only a refund on the $.50 shoes--AND DENIED a refund on all other remaining items I no longer wanted to purchase. Only one-day after the transaction, I immediately requested to cancel my entire order for all items under this classic, bait-and-switch/teaser item scam; but the automated reply I got from Wish was that I supposedly could not cancel because the cheap-quality products they still wanted to sell me had already shipped from various international locations. As far as I can tell, Wish is just an online consumer scam operation...At least under California Law. Very false, deceptive, and/or misleading business operation. This was my first and last time doing business with this racket. I'll be surprised is this review gets posted or lasts on Wish.com...lol”

“I ordered 10 plant containers, my order confirmation states 10 pieces but they sent me 1 tiny pot for £9!! I contacted customer service & they keep saying I ordered 1 piece despite my order saying 10 which is what I wanted. If I want a refund I have to pay postage despite they're misleading description & confirm in writing! Avoid at all costs!!”

“Ordered items then paid on my card two days later l was informed they were all out of stock and am still waiting for my refund but don't hold out to much hope as about 4years ago I had the same with woucher and never got my money back after fighting for it for over 4 months be careful as this wish company is yet another RIP off company I am fuming these company's continue to get away with this”

“I got carried away by the low prices listed for items but when you click on BUY the prices are much higher. Then the shipping costs are astronomical and the shipping times are so far in the future that you want to cancel. But they tell you that you can't cancel because the items have been shipped. But when you try to track the shipment there's no information listed. You can't reach anybody at PayPal or the email address they provide for Wish. So where do you turn for help?”

“They use a bait and switch tactic on most "nice" items. Ex: Will post a nice jacket at a couple or three dollars and after ordering you almost immediately get an "out of stock" notice. But then, miraculously, the next day, the item "reappears" at $49.95!!! Just absurd. Don't even try to complain unless you enjoy talking to thin air.”

“Would never buy from again, and strongly warn anyone else to steer clear. Have had problems chasing an order, thankfully relatively low cost, but no expectation of seeing goods and/or money back. Have given the benefit of the doubt because of Covid-19 but 2 items have supposedly arrived in UK but dates for delivery keep changing. BE WARNED!”

“Never tried Wish previously and never will again. Ordered over priced face masks and gloves the first week in April.luckily I was able to pick up half masks with hepatitis filters on Ebay so I feel secure going out in public. Chinese vendors took orders during factory idles during Lock Down. The site has all kinds of "come ons" that are extremely deceptive and are feasting on American dollars now.”

“Ordered a small wall hung basin with mixer on May 2,2020. Now saying out of stock and only want to replace with either mixer only or basin without mixer. After 16 days and can’t talkin or email anyone one just auto support message. SCAM.”

“This is a joke! Ordered over a month ago and the delivery date just keeps changing week by week. Would not refer this company to anyone I know. It's a scam!!! If you don't want a headache or hassle. Stay away from ordering anything from them. It's not with the trouble!!”

“0 STARS. This place is just sketchy all over. They are scammers and not reliable. These idiotic people will take your money so quickly even if you didn’t order anything but will never ever give it back. This should be shut down and the owners should get what they deserve”
